  2. musielak had an evening meal with tolley and co last week, but he didnt have another rider with him
  3. Dan Thompson signs for Leicester. very sad to see him move on but it’s a great career move for him as he rides the track so well. been great to see him blossom from rising star to where he is now It was dans improvement which gained us the league title imo hope we get a chance to see you at foxhall
  4. Surely after all the effort put in to getting them back on track last year and with Glasgow on board, Cook is a no no. The risk of peeing off the fans feels much higher than the reward with Cook these days
  5. Legally they are obliged to given a current contract/license exists.
  6. As Ipswich trade at a profit the initial asking price would be based on the value of that profit with any interest and tax paid added back. This provides an Ebit (Earnings before interest & tax) figure which a multiplier is used to create a selling price. Example an Ebit of 10 with a multiplier of 6 would give a sales price of 60. Goodwill would be the difference between asset value and the sales price. Then comes negotiations where future forecasts and opinion on the likelihood of the business delivering same, higher or lower earnings in years to come. It’s fair to say that with Speedway being in an apparent perilous state, potential buyers would be looking at a possible purchase with a high level of risk attached thus a lower offer (valuation of goodwill) could be expected.
  7. Gusts has a 3.00 Prem average, he could ride at 6 instead of using 2 x RS
  8. Can the BSPL afford to do that with so few teams remaining?
  9. Today
  10. Buster and Nicolai are close, hence why Buster has still allowed Nicolai to have his testimonial at the AFA
  11. Was it that good though? I remember Michael Lee failing to turn up at Eastbourne to face Gordon Kennett and rode in another fixture, possibly abroad, can't remember now.
  12. Well we do know Fricke isn't riding for the Lions this coming season, and the points limit is 37.So teams can start building at least.
  13. I would love him to do that to prove all the "doubters" of him being the GOAT wrong !
  14. With the team Plymouth are putting together it won't surprise me if there in the play offs come September in 2026
  15. Yesterday
  16. Of course they're on the way down, ex GP riders on the way up don't race in the Champ lol! Anyway, while I get your point, Batchelor's form last season allows him to be a 3rd heat leader, while Cook was decent (when he was there). At their peaks, team would be over the limit. Biggest issue with Cook would be him not starting the season, as long as he starts the club could use guests if he went missing. I think the silence when he goes missing goes against Cook. If for example he came out & said "I'm having mental health issues & have been signed off by a doctor" I think people would be far more understanding. But when he doesn't turn up & clubs say very little, fans could feel he just can't be bothered.
  17. Are you speaking from experience? or presuming what some people say is correct??
  18. Yes Wolves and Peterborough next Protection normally is for 3 years
  19. Two ex gp riders who are on the way down and both have attitude issues.
  20. Max did ok last year at glasgow and he had some bad crashes to
  21. batch is still a good rider on his day ill agree he dont look too hungry anymore but still has skill we all slow down as we get older and dont push or take as many risks if and its maybe a big if cook is back that would be 2 ex gp riders in the team
  22. Disagree Batch is nowhere near a number 1 anymore.
