Interesting that so many non Glasgow fans are speculating about Glasgow, its good to know you all care :t:

Saw a quote yesterday that Glasgow throwing money at trying to win the League again with our new signing.

Whilst other teams also make signings but are not throwing money at it.

Must be just us that throw money about you couldn’t make it up.

Not surprising though.

There’s nobody in the league that could afford to bring a a half decent polish rider across for a handful of meetings to never be seen again is the point.
Also doubt with the money they’re on over there he’s coming across out the goodness of his heart.

So what’s your point , why the obsession with how much we spend.

Not another club get the same smart arse comments on strengthening. It is hilarious the amount of accountants on here only KJ can lay claim to that.

Glasgow are unique (other than maybe Poole) in that they have significant financial backing. That's bound to cause interest and smart arsed/jealous comments in a sport where clubs are predominantly run on a shoe string.

Is there any noise on the Facennas being unhappy at the ROI so far? Not being smart but they surely would expect more by this stage?

Anything to read into that there's been no press release just a Twitter announcement? Have bspl not approved the change? Is there another change to come?

It says on Twitter subject to BSPL approval, their office will be shut for the weekend and Monday as it's a bank holiday in England.

Glasgow are assuming he can come in on a 5 point assessed average, however he did ride in the Polish Ekstraliga for Grudziadz in 2015 & 2016 but that was as an under 21 rider.

It would be interesting to see how that rule would be viewed by the Directors should a CL Club try to sign, say, Artem Laguta.

Depends what you mean by more? A great stadium (compared to their competitors), one of the best tracks in the country, exciting fast racing, not a trick track, hosted FIM and international meetings, decent crowds, play - offs every year, good numbers of young people all wearing club colours, etc - all achieved. But hey they are still striving to make things better so let's have a go at them. If enough jealous fans keep slagging them off maybe they'll chuck it and we can then all wallow in mediocrity.
