Impressed by the truck taking the bike back to the pits. Be interested to see if that method is employed tomorrow

Only up to heat 3 but better racing than Cardiff GP already.

Switched it on at heat 8 - more entertaining speedway then quite a few  meetings I've watched this season.

Fabulous to see the youngsters getting the full SGP treatment and fantastic to see them getting the experience and the start line discipline, and a real speedway track to race on. Superb event , want more please. And thanks to Kergel for the superb streams.

If we get the this quality of racing tomorrow we're in for a treat. These kids never give up.

Have enjoyed that. Some good racing, no faffing about, the youngsters just got on with it.

Glasgow speedway also has a vehicle for taking back bikes to the pits.

Out of interest why no semi and final?

16 riders, 20 heats, and possibly a run-off at the end to decide who becomes world champion - this was just like a good old WORLD FINAL ! :t:

Hugely enjoyable meeting with close, skilful and hard racing from all involved. Great attitude from these young lads, lots of enthusiasm and emotion but highly professional and no messing about at the tapes - they just sat still till the tapes went up then raced as hard as they could.

Great to see Ace Pijper involved having watched him in Armadale second-halves from a very young age. Congratulations to the winner, Mikkel Andersen, and lovely to see what it meant to his dad, Brian.
