scunny1 436 Posted July 29, 2022 All the best to Zaine. it looked horrific from the opposite side of the stadium, so must have been even worse for those spectators scattering nearby. Praise to the paramedics and the off duty Air Ambulance Doctor who happened to be in the crowd (no doubt he influenced calling in the air ambulance to whisk away Zaine to Hull Royal ) Lets hope a quick return back on track for Zaine.

FishersGate 522 Posted July 30, 2022 God that crash is a stomach turner for sure. So glad he's alright and nothing too serious. First reaction was this could be fatal but speedway riders are made of metal for sure

A very lucky boy as he missed the air bags, luckily thrown over the Armco barrier but into the catch fencing. From what we witnessed from the 4th bend stand, it was like watching a rag doll being thrown, horrific. Get well soon Zaine, even though it could be season ending as only meetings to run are in August & 1st week of September unless we top Jubilee Group. He has got to be a rider signed up for next season &, if so, a good will gesture would be a collection for a new set of kevlars.
