Some riders will have to be paid, possibly airline and hotel costs, if they arrive.. And those Promoters who rent stadiums will have to pay up after a certain time.. Damned if they do, and damned if they dont... If it means less of a threat to their survival and growth them it has to have merit... Speedway fans are a pretty hardy bunch, they must be given the stuff they put up with, so, whilst some will be disappointed, most will attend the next time..
