Isn't this the kind of thing Phil Morris should be preventing/commenting on with some justification around the decisions made?

What Magic you been watching .. he been on the downgrade for some time now hence why he's back in the Uk in the first place .. These riders have been around for years and there expected levels are there for all to see . To be challenging for honours you have to have riders who will improve not who will stay as they are

It is a shame as I am a big fan of Janowski, loved it when he rode for Poole but as you say he isnt the same rider anymore. As for Oxford they will make the play offs no problem. SPEEDY69 1,262 Posted April 18 (edited) Janowski and Harris were both toilet tonight at Foxhall. As predicted before the season started their team is not that great but they can turn it around - will the management give them time? Boughen did really well to win a race ahead of Doyle. Harris was too bad to be true, track certainly didnt suit him tonight. Cant see them sacking him, he will have better nights.
tocha 308 Posted April 19 Tungate's absence last night at Ipswich is being looked into by the SCB. No decision yet but could result in a 28 day ban for withholding his services. https://britishspeedway.co.uk/miscellaneous/scb-statement-rohan-tungate/

"Not that great" Oxford took unbeaten Ipswich to within 6 points, with a missing rider & a manager who made a howler. That would've been a good result even with a full team. Harris has been decent, you can't really give him grief over one poor match, after all he was signed on a sub 7 average, you can't expect big scores every week. Janowski has been poor, but they are better to wait till gets a new average then drop a reserve for another heat leader (if anyone's available).

Hilly 173 Posted April 19 While Janowski is obviously not the rider of old, we really need to get him scoring more. Good performances from the others will go to waste.

Given the circumstances of making up that he missed a flight to avoid having to state his Polish club didn't want him to ride in the UK the day before a planned meeting there I'd say 7 days is a let off
