Where have you heard this?

Could be 2+2=5

Probably just a reflection of my jaundiced feelings towards the sport at present that the possibility seems a likely prospect

A 7 day suspension and a fine for a genuine travel issue is a tad draconian don't you think....

Same thing happened with Laguta last year, 7 day ban - no meetings missed.

Crazy. What is even the point of the ban then? I suppose you can't guest but that's it!

Should be banned for a specified amount of meetings not a specified amount of time.

It will be on your record so if you commit the same offence again the previous ban will come into consideration for the punishment.

That's my guess anyway

This banning is getting interesting.

Example:

Chris Harris well published episode last week when a 4 hour delay on a British Motorway  almost caused him to miss Glasgow’s meeting would that have led to 7 day ban if he had not made it.Does any rider that misses a meeting get an automatic 7 day ban now.Or is it only if your stuck on the Continent.?

I doubt it as wouldn't that be a suspended sentence. He has been given a ban which he will serve.

No, as per the Jason Doyle SCB statement.

As they should be.

Anybody else thinking that the Nicolai Klindt release was instigated by Klindt, and it was a mutual decision in the end? I doubt Tarasenko leaving King's Lynn has come as surprise, so the team place was probably known about. Oxford have got a bit of stick changing the team so soon, but perhaps it's what Klindt wanted. It would explain why they've got Riss in quickly on a lower average without using it to replace Kerr.
