When it's due to a drugs test, they normally say 'unfit/not fit to ride' so have a slight doubt it isn't that as they saying 'not eligible to ride.' Maybe we shouldn't assume the worst but hard not to after last season! Hope for Glasgow's sake it isn't that. Edit - 'medical reasons' was the reason for Richie W and Boxall.
