The stocks are back at Sheffield next week, this might not be the good news that folk think it is ???

Personally think it's time Mountain moved on his career has stalled and like Harrison needs to get away from Scunthorpe for a while and ply his trade elsewhere. I wouldn't bother with Ablitt either with the average he has he'd start more then likely in the Top 5 and he isn't consistent enough to warrant a chance yet again on an average that the points could be used elsewhere. Pickering if he wants it and Ingram (if he finally improves on away tracks) are the only 2 from the 2026 team worth continuing with (Although Palm Toft would be a decent signing if you could guarantee a season of the way he rode in the Playoff final but he's a bit of an enigma). Zischke would be a fantastic signing but he'll probably end up at Glasgow were the money is.

Just a team idea  Josh Pickering 10.64 Dan Gilkes 4.45 Michael Palm Toft 6.05 Connor Mountain 5.25 Tate Zischke 6.54 // Jake Allen Vinnie Foord 3.30 // Anze Grmek Ryan Ingram 3.55 if you wanted to go stronger at reserve you could go with Grmek (who I was impressed with when guested for Glasgow) but then would have weaken the no5 berth with Jake Allen

On the grapevine

And from the rest of that statement its clear that the AGM is fairly meaningless when it comes to next year's rules.

Didn’t know he had been riding in Sweden to be fair. Just had a look at his scores and looks as though he did ok, not sure on the level though. As he’s rode in Sweden would that now make him a 5.00 rider though?
