We wouldn’t want a situation where a club develops talent by running a junior team and promotes riders from the junior to senior team and then seem to gain some kind of benefit.  Your idea of having teams that don’t lift a finger for youth are given the benefit of an extra point to spend on foreign journeymen elsewhere in the team is novel.  You need to run this past your owner, I’m sure he will provide an interesting response. 

One reason why there should be a total overall point limit and the GB U21 comes in on either a 3.00 or a 2.00 based on their ability/potential etc. So anyone missing out on the better of the U21s gets an extra point to build stronger elsewhere  Foreign U21 should be the same either a 5.00 or a 4.00 

Perhaps a move to the Pirates could be on the cards for Hook, Captain maybe, Captain Hook and the Pirates has a ring to it 🤣
