Troy’s clearly happy with us which for him is important. He is very experienced and if you look at his scores this season he’s been pretty solid home and away and that was at number 1 which he won’t be riding at next season.   Troys well worth his average and is a welcome addition to our team again.

Batch will be just fine now he’s got that number 1 off his back.

Behaved like the pro he is?!!!   His disgraceful performance at Scunthorpe in May was the complete opposite of being a pro!!!

When David Hemsley resurrected the Lions in 2011, I recall him telling me at the time it was the third largest spectator attendance sport after football and (this surprised me) rugby league. I did have my suspicions about his research source! I would have thought that one day/20-20 cricket would attract far more people.

Decent 3rd heat leader at best I question his desire he had a poor season last year if the other heat leader is Voulas I fear for Workington I really do. Going to be big pressure on Jeppersen to deliver.
