As for your 2nd point regarding keyboard heroes I would much rather continue to pay my £28 a month subscription to BSN and watch various meetings from various tracks around the country with their fabulous coverage then pay nearly £50 a week to watch that poor excuse of a Speedway Team that Godfrey assembles year upon year. Don't really understand how it can be considered a moral victory? It was the sort of performance that will win the league title (aggregate wins). But a defeat nonetheless. Maybe if someone like Birmingham or Oxford lost by 2 points at Ipswich or Sheffield it could be considered a moral victory?

As a cycle speedway rider I thought it was terrible team riding, obviously riders wearing helmets & racing 500cc engines won't heat shouts from the pits, so I hold Speedway riders to a different standard, but can't understand why Brennan didn't look back at all to see who was behind him? Either to block his opponent or give his partner room.
