Couldn't agree more Saddlebow some excellent promoting by Plymouth. Each signing announced with enthusiasm and positivity and good explanation from Promoters about what their aims are with the build up of the team. Good luck to them, they are flying the flag for the South West and deserve support. As the saying goes "use it or lose it" and hopefully they will attract good Crowds and keep going.6 points

i know how dare promoters promote shame on them not been the case at lynn in recent years plenty of effort and very little giving up6 points

I think he'll realise that it will be a different set up required for each track, and a motocross bike for Wimborne Road lol5 points

Good signing for the Gladiators but as usual when Plymouth sign what will be a top rider in this league the doomsayers have to put it down. Plymouth and especially there fans deserve a good season hopefully this goes some way to achieving that.5 points

Very good signing for Plymouth. Klindt is a very fast trapper and once he is dialled in will be very difficult to beat. Much better bet than MPT. Plymouth got themselves a real pro.3 points

Think he is more consistent since then I think he will average over 9 easily in this league. Happy New year m8.3 points

Or ever will have again!! I'll be heading down south for my annually trip to both plymouth and poole. I enjoy them both and love their little rivalry, if you can even call it that... Just a shame plymouth isn't Tuesday anymore, always went plymouth Tuesday, poole Wednesday and head back up north via sheffield or Ipswich on the Thursday.2 points

To be fair Edinburgh would've jumped at the chance of signing Klindt instead they're going to end up Sedgmen and Castagna at No.1 & No.5.2 points

His gating alone should see him score well at home especially. Should be a decent signing overall though.2 points

He didnβt pull out of all the meetings because he hasnβt healed enough or came back to soon. he did a practice at north Brisbane (where darcy promotes) a week or so ago and had another big crash, wrecking a bike and injuring himself.2 points

More of a rivalry between Poole and Oxford now! Maybe if Plymouth are more competitive this season, the rilvary will be back.1 point

Presumably you'll be using a 'Fran and Anna' tribute act (for anyone south of the border - google them) to announce Edinburgh's final rider?1 point

I know Garry doesn't like guarantees, likes riders to earn their money. Good signing though1 point
-
He will, he is one of the best gaters so should be no problem and although he may not pass riders of equal ability he should have no problem with lesser riders.1 point
-
Not a bad signing, but at nearly a 10 point average think he will struggle to maintain that for the season, also liable to go missing if he misses the gate. But good luck to Plymouth hopefully down for a visit with the comets1 point

I was just expanding the thread for you @SCS, otherwise it would have been a straight no and the end of the topic, Poole went to Vegas as a "reward" for winning the title (see topic title)... you're welcome π1 point

Sandhu rewarded the Bees riders with the proceeds of an open meeting after winning the Elite League (not sure which year). Other promoters were horrified to think that the same might be expected from them in future.1 point

and you think Godfrey is going to accept blame for the situation ? Workington were mislead on the makeup of the βleagueβ and so took time in considering their options waiting to see if the other suggested team(s) were actually going to join but now someone else has been persuaded to join in so all is right in the speedway world, but you can keep blaming Workington if you wish.1 point
