  1. Oxford have managed 30 including the SRBF meeting between 23rd March and 25th August. The only home league fixture outstanding is against Leicester lwhich had been scheduled for last Thursday since fixtures released which was cancelled due to a waterlogged track.
  2. Why not try a bit of positivity and give the youngsters a bit of praise. It's no wonder so many of them jack it in.
  3. Maybe because meeting held under a PZM licence. It says if you're representing GB abroad your covered. Maybe it applies to all events and tracks under the jurisdiction of a National organisation.
  4. https://www.scbgb.co.uk/news.php?extend.221 Seems to be pointing out that you may need additional insurance at non BSPL events, if you get injured there is no entitlement to SRBF help and that you need permission from your club if you're attached to one.
  5. Mr Middleditch had a moan on social media, probably deleted by now
  6. That's what i'm getting at, plenty of people prepared to share a rumour but never the facts, figures and sources.
  7. Because all the forum experts, who speak in code to each other, are alledgedly in the know through conversations with riders, mechanics, promoters and team managers. IE speculating and guessing.
  8. Exactly this. Lots of posters here and on social media passing on the latest Chinese Whisper doing the rounds. Unless the poster is prepared to name the source etc they may as well not bother, it's like doing your GCSE maths and not showing your working out.
  9. But it was due to there being a second half of decent racing from some youngsters. Main meeting lasted about 30 minutes longer than usual by my reckoning. Not bad considering there were a few incidents and a longer interval due to the SRBF collection.
  10. Oh Tim Many moons ago on this very forum you knocked one of my posts saying you didn't make many/ or any mistakes when you were TM of Reading. You love to post links and lineups for various meetings around the World. So how are you unaware of the fantastic BSN coverage which includes 4 meetings between today and the date of the BH fixture. one of which includes the two teams you've mentioned.
  11. Lawson is clever. BP don't count in averages for team building. So if 1+2 or 2+3 in a race, it's beneficial to let his teamate finish in the higher scoring position. Say at end of year average inc BP 9.25 without BP 8.5 Following year you sign a rider on an 8.5 when you know he's 0.75 per meeting better, also consistent.
  12. Kerr is probably fed up with your non stop whinging.
  13. You sure ? Im not spreading crap. I might talk like a farmer but I'm not one.
  14. If the same incident happened at a meeting where Poole were the away team, what do you think your Promoter and manager would do ?
  15. I know he is, but Poole fans are already moaning. I'd hazard a guess that the only Poole rider who's not been slagged off by the Poole fans this season is Dickie the Gater. But his time will come
  16. Meeting should either be declared void and rerun, with Poole paying all riders and management travel and points money. Or all points awarded to Oxford At the end of the day the SCB or BSPL need to act. More than one match official breached the regulations, there's enough video, photo, written and word of mouth evidence, that if the HSE saw it and decided to get involved, you wouldn't want to be stood by the fan.
  17. But if Poole were able to bring in a new 4pt rider to replace Starke at this point in the season. If he didn't get double figures including BP in his first match. You'd all be on his back Look at young Cairns, last week he was according to Poole fans the new Zmarzlik last night he was Efkins (sic)
  18. He was banned for refusing a test. Same as any sportsperson who refuses a test or misses a random test without a very good reason.
