  1. Wolves got lucky given it was Swindon’s first match to our 4th outing, be better to judge once Nick is back and fit. RR is covering the rides well tho.
  2. It was still a competition for a trophy tho. They would be going for a victory.
  3. Peterborough surprising a few with 2 home wins now. Poole and Wolves may regret not taking advantage of such an understrength side later in the season.
  4. Think that rule was changed last season as riders went back 15 metres from original gate last season.
  5. You have changed your tune again, you said he would contribute more. More nonsense predictions of course.
  6. Not comfortably outscore at all. Wrong as per usual. Good call! No surprise at the result, Robins one of the strongest sides on paper this year. Good to see Becker being a match winner so early in his career. A win is a win.
  7. The boys should be all ready to go with a few meetings under their belts now although with Swindon being one of the other stronger teams this season I reckon it won’t be any easy win. 10 point home win.
  8. The gap in strength has got closer and closer over the past 5 to 6 years, however the top flight will always be too strong for a 2nd tier team - as evidenced by the result.
  9. Good on Kasper! unexpected result with Poole looking iffy at home.
  10. Not looking good losing to a (on paper) weaker team with RR getting 3 out of 4 wins.
  11. Wells seems a real concern early on, shocking form so far. Expected result tho.
  12. He is still only young still tho! Like you say I don’t doubt he will discover what the issue is and be back to known form.
  13. A whole season from 2018 proves that he is. 2nd in the overall averages with only Doyle higher. You would struggle to find a more out and out number one if you tried.
  14. Plus he is a virtual nobody abroad, it’s about time clubs weren’t held to ransom by the demand of the greedy few.
  15. The last few pages have become boring with the usual Belle Vue excusers trying to dominate the sad events of a few years ago. Be nice to keep this positive about the future of a venue trying to upgrade its facilities with just the track at the moment a topic of discussion. I’m sure lessons will have been learned by ALL about the way things were handled at the NSS some years ago. Getting the track right is the only important thing before any fixtures take place.
  16. Really can’t see the issue here. Getting the track right and ready is the total priority. It’s no good saying they have had all winter to do this because nobody knows the circumstances that has lead to the work starting later. As expected there might be a delay to one or some of the fixtures due to this, but no surprise that some of those moaning are Aces fans.
  17. I’d imagine the people remaining would be a good crowd today tho!
  18. I thought lots of old school fans wanted to go back to the good old days of 40-38 (the old 13 heat formula)? Older fans should be excited about it!
  19. Cook average is too high for Wolves. It’s higher than Thorssell and Nichols who he is replacing. So that’s impossible. The only riders Cook could replace at Wolves would be Masters or Schlein and we are more than happy with that thanks.
