That was because it was after Cardiff GP and convenient for Glasgow supporters to take in a match en route northwards .

I would race at home Friday, try and get a lead and then try and hold on away personally.

Last thing we want is a slick track. We have racers who like to ride the fence.

Friday night tracks are much more consistent than afternoon tracks at the EWR.

Really Josh Mac riding for the Brummies, who have to win to overcome the Scorpions to 6th in the league!!! Josh is a Scorpion, I give up , only in British Speedway??? -
Rob's speakers have been hit and miss for years now. His centre field microphone is also pretty poor, surprisingly we can hear the official result announcer ok. Just to compound the P.A system, the one in the clubhouse is also pants!

Oh dear, a lot of fair weather whingers on here. Weather in Scunthorpe was dry all day and 24c. Light spits and spots at around 6.30pm, track was looking good. Start was delayed due to lots of people sitting in their cars pondering to go or not into the stadium and heavy rain to the West- where the travelling fans were coming from. The track was heavy for first 4 heats and was drying out fast after that. It started raining again at heat 13, when match result was in no doubt. Heavy rain during and after heat 14, so match wound up. Basically one team wanted to race and other beaten before a wheel was turned. TJ was immaculate blasting around the track, Lambo great at reserve, a good guest In Kasper, and the rest all chipped in just where needed. Scunthorpe's ex captain Worrall and ex Scorpion Douglas kept us lively and the rest were pretty average. Your manager made a pratt of himself too!

Ok basically we need Dougie to blow two engines tonight! All the thunderstorms currently missing us and 25 miles distant, so hope Rob has flooded the track.

All Scorpions need to be on top form to beat the table toppers. Who is guesting this week? Could well be rained off looking ahead at Friday's forecast.

Poole must be paying Steve Worrall serious money for him to drive 100's of miles to Poole, rather than 25 miles down the road to the EWR -

Don't understand Adam Ellis saying tonight " Well at least we are in play offs", Birmingham have plenty of potential winning matches to catch and pass us to 6th place??? -

Well they can't do any worse than our most recent two guests who probably cost us vital league points. -
No live streams available.

Seriously, you think Tero and Jordan are better than TJ around the EWR!!! Fat chance

I'm doing a rain dance, until we get Jordan back we are severely weakened.
