  1. Great video, Glasgow really do lead the way in that kind of thing. I expect them to look the strongest 1-7 too, hopefully they get it done in the Play Offs this time.
  2. Is it still happening? Listened to the first 10 minutes and no mention was made of Dickson coming on at any point at all.
  3. The odd guest for an injury is fine, the issue is when teams are using track specialists rather than R/R because a rider is racing elsewhere in Europe due to incompetent fixture planning or mid season signings which shouldn't be permitted.
  4. I don't know anything but I'd suggest a six team league is as likely as five. Sometimes folk take what they read on here as absolute gospel when all options are realistically still possible.
  5. I'd never rule anything in or out. Wait and see would be my advice.
  6. Really interesting how pretty much everyone has ruled out a six team league.
  7. Not sure Oxford is the best choice then!
  8. No brainer signing with such a young bottom end.
  9. Mitchell Davey? As for sound issues, I can say from our experiences on the Pride of the East podcast that we can all sound perfectly fine to eachother, Nathan can do a short recording test which sounds fine when played back and everything can be as clear as a bell.....until you play the full episode back after editing and it sounds horrendous. As you say any broadcast sinks or swims on its sound quality but sometimes the amateur stuff that folk do for the love of it (like us) can for no apparent reason be off.
  10. He's still at school this year anyway so Britain was never on the cards.
  11. If it ends up being one league then some of those signings will mean very little as the points limit will probably change and some riders will want to stay with their former Prem club or go elsewhere for a better deal.

  13. It's all very tongue in cheek 😉 Mr Bunting is also responsible for the excellent Round the Boards pod too: https://open.spotify.com/show/4DuoFwGF6DrgcWWGbgrGzg?si=gDO8dQyDTqa3C7r5LFdiYg
  14. Completely different scenario in an extremely densely populated conurbation like London. A speedway team in Swaffham would be tapping into the very same customer base that go to Lynn in a part of the world which is relatively sparsely populated. Just dont think it would work for either venue.
  15. It would be more to do with the relationship he's had with Lynn over a period of time.
  16. Or he could simply be a squad member in Poland and ride occasionally when Glasgow have no fixture which I suspect is most likely.

  18. I can't imagine anyone being happy with a five team league.
  19. Is it still possible to buy Sky Sports on a day to day basis through Now TV?
