  1. But you don't get to see Holders, Kvech, Fricke, Doyle, Emil, Woffy, Bewley, Kurtz, Magic, Museilak, Zagar etc etc. And two extra teams doesn't make for 'much more fixture variety'. Plus I'd question if Championship really is 'much more competitve', really not sure it is at all. I just feel its a real shame that one of the most successful and well supported sides in the country won't strive to be the best they can be and ride at the highest level. It's all a bit safe.
  2. Maybe they don't want to do it full time with all their other commitments? Lynn never wanted to be in this position, I think using different riders from their own NDT team is fair enough, the likelihood is that they are likely to struggle against all other RS's anyway.
  3. Tomorrow's forecast now looks a lot more encouraging on the Met Office App.
  4. You've been on the forum long enough to appreciate that discussions develop on various threads.
  5. No, it's because Buster owns the stadium and makes money from the bars and food outlets. Would make no business sense to give people a way of watching without going.
  6. He lives in Poland, is married to a Polish girl and only wants to do two leagues so no surprise he doesn't ride here. Nicholls and Bewley have also ducked the UK in the past, maybe it says more about British Speedway than the riders themselves.
  7. Better tracks....apart from BV the Prem doesn't have an awful lot. Champ has Glasgow, Worky, Scunny, Redcar which are all very good.
  8. None of the GP's this season have, they've all been garbage. Hopefully this weekend will put that right.
  9. He's the best ever IMO, a freak of nature. Miles better than anyone else at the moment. But that doesn't mean he can't/shouldn't be criticised if he has put the bike down and got away with it.
  10. Personally I think we need a few more honest interviews and a bit more needle between riders, makes it more entertaining. It can all be a bit nice in speedway nowadays, especially with BZ, riders seem to almost move over and let him past in the GP's.
  11. Very different league that season though, several bigger names ride over here now.
  12. But at least we'd be able to track two riders in every race therafter.
  13. I would always rather go with a guest rather than R/R (R/R should be compulsory unless it's your number one or its being used already IMO but that's another debate) as it takes a lot of the risk out of it. Particularly when it's fir the fifth in the averages; yes Kvech taking three rides would be stronger in all probability but it doesn't leave much flexibility for his rides and Rob's options, and if anything happened to Jan in heat 2 we would be absolutely screwed.
  14. Hmmmm how many actually have though? Very few from what I've seen.
  15. I'd probably be more concerned by what your bottom three scored this evening.
  16. I think Poole could dominate at reserve in this which would put the result in the balance.
  17. You'd imagine others were asked first. Not the strongest at Lynn but has ridden well and given maximum effort in the past as a guest so hopefully he helps the team to victory. Really excited to see what Luke can do.
  18. I don't think riding in SGP/SGP2 qualifiers is taking the P out of British speedway. It's up to British speedway to schedule its fixtures better.
