  1. Yep I think thats thr crux of it, Lawson or NKI would have meant a very long tail. Personally I think an injury free season for Cook and he can improve on 6.whatever he is on but we shall see.
  2. No idea on Pollestad but I think Cooper was only ever ending up at the two places he's signed for.
  3. Welcome Coops. An incredibly exciting side being built, I love the idea of a reserve pairing graduating from the Young Stars. Especially if one of them is a Norfolk boy. McDairmid would be my choice at 2 personally.
  4. The fact that Northampton was talked about a long time ago and is still being mentioned suggests there is something in it. I suspect all will become clear in the next week or two.
  5. I assume its been different for the league title live on telly.
  6. He hates flying apparently so I can't ever see him racing over here unfortunately.
  7. And a full stadium to race in front of, wages on time, lots of meetings, trophies and a feel good factor. The track comments are valid as it leaves a fair bit to be desired but everything else is really attractive for a rider to sign for them if approached.
  8. Or the most likely and sensible reaction which would be the middle ground, ie support/watch him as a Witch without having to like/love him or even have any feelings towards him.
  9. As far as I know they have all sorts going on all year round, the advantage of having 24/7-365 access to a stadium.
  10. Exactly, so if you don't know then either find out or don't post πŸ‘ Merry Christmas πŸŽ…πŸŒ²β›„
  11. Four and an individual. Plus years of Young Stars/Boston/Norfolk Braves up to 2016. And training schools, practice sessions etc. You Poole folk really should do your research before trapping off and looking daft.
  12. I suspect as well as doing it to keep the Prem ticking over he'd be looking to make a bit of money, and he wouldn't be running the show just as he doesn’t at Lynn. Would be very surprised if its him though.
  13. You also said 'they all race at weekends' when Lynn also rode in midweek (stadium point accepted).
  14. I don't think it matters which track(s) he rides on/for, the boy is going to be a superstar.
  15. Wouldn't necessarily if it was in three seperate competitions, the fixtures would be much closer than that. Personally I go to see my team race, not particularly fussed who its against although of course a league of five or six is far from ideal. Two leagues of eight has been mentioned for 2027 and that would be a far better situation.
  16. Out of interest if Workington raced against a team three times would you go to all of them?
  17. I guess the main four probably pick themselves in Lambert, Bewley, Woffy & Brennan but the fifth spot is pretty open. Would be nice to see a youngster like Dan grab it.
  18. A very, very decent Champ team I'd suggest. Difficult to gauge it against others until we see line ups announced. The loss of Fricke is big though.
  19. I hope you are right, he's the next cab off the rank for GB so to see him flourish again in 2026 would be great. Exoect him to be in the SWC team. Its a pity when people just laugh at opinions on here without presenting their own argument as to why they disagree.
  20. I've not said that and it seems he won't be the RS anyway.
  21. I think he would take to the Prem just fine and he offers so much both on and off the track as a signing. And I think he would be there every week unlike Gusts and put in 100% every race unlike Gusts. Basically he would be a much better signing than Gusts on pretty much every measure you could think of.
