Obviously thats where he learned it. -
Even though it can only ever be three points 'gained' from a TR I always think a bit of scoreboard pressure from an 8-1 must have an effect.
-
We tend to get stuffed at Swindon and I don't see Thursday being any different.

CL group qualification is a great idea for winning the Europa League. United would probably be well in with a shout of top four without Thursday night football but we'll never know. They'll be title challengers next season. -

Odd to not use Wells in the decider when he had just got a 5-1 with Masters in heat 13. -
I think they need a new signing at number five too.

It depends what was said, of course every sportsman should be able to rise above it and I'm sure he will learn to in years to come but everyone has their breaking point as Zidane showed in the 2006 world cup final. Personally though I think you are a poor excuse for a human being if you pay to get into a sporting event in order to abuse one of the competitors.

If you are going to give Clegg a chance to pull his finger out at reserve it needs to be a bit longer than one meeting. -
I believe it's two riders who are or have been eligible for the NL.

It's been mentioned that Freddie and Doyle ride over here and look sharp, which you would expect early in the season. Will be interesting later on to see if their busy schedules affect them and if they start to suffer from fatigue, as this is one of the reasons why riders opt out of the UK. -
You'd imagine that Hopwood was fulfilling a prior commitment at Eastbourne which is fair enough.

Scotland's B Team Vs Scotland's A Team

It's not nothing, it's cheating. You are right, every team has done it at one time or another which is why it needs sorting. -

Hancock and Pedersen look like yesterday's men. -
Well done to Crump99 for taking it in the right spirit at least.

Highly unlikely we'll see Kozza racing in the UK again unfortunately.

Indeed Paul, there will always be grey areas. Perhaps a 15m penalty across the board for re runs rather than awarding races. -

If it's a professional foul then awarding the race should be the punishment, that would stamp it out. Or perhaps restarting the race with the third place rider off 15m. It's long been a negative part of speedway and has never really been addressed. -
Kerr replacing Graversen it would seem. Also think Porsing is worth persevering with, especially if a June re declaration results in him dropping to reserve.

Only eight years for us. Does that mean our Dad is bigger than all of yours
-
Might be putting two and two together but Graversen has just been released by the wurzels, would he fit?

Seems odd to exclude Lambert. Perhaps he declined? Unless it was based on averages? -
Born in Britain to British parents makes it pretty clear cut really. Not his choice where he was raised.

There is of course something in between 'slick' and 'loads of dirt'.
