  1. I've not seen one moan about Complin to be fair.
  2. Again that's no surprise if Buster is going to bankroll Artem, and no surprise that Pickering decided to ride elsewhere.
  3. You are fast becoming my favourite poster Good for you, I reckon you might get a prize if you are correct.
  4. I'd say it essentially is 'free' because I already pay for a telly package which includes Eurosport. Its a monthly cost within the household budget. A slightly reduced admission cost, perhaps a free programme, maybe a free seat in the grandstand, some kind if entertainment for the ad breaks either on the big screen or the centre grey, perhaps some junior races. Just something different, something extra. As for the meeting, Leicester look too strong down the order to me. Looks like 40-50 ish to me.
  5. This is the bottom line right here. You need to incentivise folk to not take the easier and cheaper option of watching it in their own front room. All very well people saying that we all SHOULD pay to enter the stadium on top of fuel, possibly food and drink and finishing work early for some of us rather than watching it at home for free but the club needs to make an effort to encourage people to do that.
  6. Especially now he's started to score points for Redcar.
  7. Thats because the A17 was built by the devil himself
  8. My fear once Alex left was that Josh wouldn't return, will be interesting to see what happens. He'll obviously get more £'s at Owlerton and his main motivation to come back to Lynn has now gone.
  9. Live on the wireless https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/live:bbc_radio_norfolk?partner=uk.co.bbc&origin=share-mobile
  10. So you think Alex Brady left King's Lynn because of Keith Chapman? Like I said you are clueless.
  11. Yep, overwatering happens occasionally when it's hot, not the first track and won't be the last. If people want to cut their noses off to spite their faces they'd up to them but it would be more sensible to consider all the good meetings since April 2022 rather than one bad one.
  12. With all due respect you are clueless. Mr Chapman isn't particularly my cup of tea and I fully understand why you and others dislike him, however he essentially saved the club in 1992, 1996, 2003 and again in 2023. The club could have been long extinct but for him.
  13. Wish him the best for the future but he's been poor. Pickering back in hopefully.
  14. http://www.kingslynn-speedway.com/_mobile/homepage Have a read of the website, it's all on there.
  15. A cynic might suggest that moving Fred to 2 lines up R/R nicely.
  16. The reason given for his departure is genuine and accurate from what I've ben told, and that was from more than one source several weeks ago.
  17. FINANCIAL involvement. Alex Brady is/was funding King's Lynn Stars.
  18. Sounds like the groundwork is being laid by Buster to field an even worse team for the rest of the season.....he's appealing for people to turn up and support but that ain't going to happen with no Laguta. And it'll have a knock on effect at away tracks too. Would rather the club packed up for the year and came back in 2024 at a lower level.
  19. I was going to put a laughing reaction to this but I think this season has taught us that you really can't rule anything out.
  20. Blobby can't lose with grace, still has to have a dig.
