  1. He should be persevered with on the basis of last night alone. If he knew he was in last chance saloon perhaps that focused his mind. I thought a lot of the criticism he recieved last week was OTT. He will frustrate but there are others in the side who can contribute more too, still early days though.
  2. Good for him. Pedersen has let P'boro down big timrme.
  3. Kasprzak was sublime tonight. Fast and smooth from the gate, he was never headed after the second bend and won his races at a canter. Would have been interesting if he'd missed the gate to see how hard he tried to pass. For all the carpeting he received last week he deserves absolute praise for tonight. Thought Wolves were poor and we really should have hit 50+. There are still inconsistencies and teething troubles to sort out in the Lynn ranks which were clear to see tonight, get those ironed out and those team should be competitive against most sides home and away.
  4. Still dry in Lynn? Just had a hefty shower in the Fakenham area.
  5. I can't remember the last time Ipswich Town weren't third rate
  6. Yep appreciate that, wasn't talking about their incident in particular. As a general point just don't want riders ending up inured through intentionally dirty moves during races.
  7. All showers now gone from the Met Office forecast
  8. Card surcharges are illegal nowadays are they not?
  9. Forecast much more encouraging this morning compared to last night. Hope that remains the case!
  10. Fisticuffs and handbags is fine as long as people aren't holding grudges and fencing others on purpose in retribution.
  11. KK and MPT swap for tomorrow night http://www.kingslynn-speedway.com/_mobile/news.php?extend.31322
  12. Fair enough. I don't usually go looking for Lynn previews until meeting eve but perhaps that's just me. Just don't feel the need to do so any earlier.
  13. Not sure why meeting previews need to be any earlier than the day before personally. It works for football.
  14. You are clearly winding people up about Barker.
  15. Bloody hell, they've not ridden at home yet! At least let them get thrashed on Thursday night first
  16. Touche Being there that night in 2017 is something I'll never forget, while part of me agrees that bygones should let be bygones I'm not sure I'd pay to watch a meeting with Holder or Batchelor in it ever again let alone employ them as riders if I owned a club.
  17. I don't disagree, but at the same time would you trust a rider who threw the towel in when the going got tough rather than roll his sleeves up?
  18. No doubt the new P'boro signings are being funded by Tomalin. Now the Kasprzak gamble has failed you'd imagine the Lynn coffers can't stretch to anything other than a domestic signing as a replacement.
  19. Not if he seamlessly slots into Lynn's team instead. I suspect the Tungate u-turn is a symptom of the power struggle between Chapman & Tomalin.
  20. With all due respect if we get comfortably beaten at home by Wolves then we are in for some real wallopings by all the other teams.
  21. Potential you'd think. They obviously believe Mulford will end up better by the end of the season than Rowe would.
