So either it was genuine damage to the pit gate or the SCB are part of the conspiracy. At least it was 'investigated', didn't expect it to be.
-
If that's the case then it would be surprising in the slightest considering the people who run speedway here and the way they do it.

Ipswich v Peterborough KOC semi final Thursday 11th May

Dear me. Don't think I'll be bothering with the BSN feed, I like my sport to have a little more unpredictability. -
Who is the Aussie?

Glasgow Vs Oxford Championship 5th May
Bagpuss replied to Jaizer's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I think this Basso and Vissing stuff is a red herring as they looked no weaker with the two guests. They made a call on the weather and got it wrong, it happens. Lots of noise coming from one or two people but at least Glasgow don't rip people off who decide on the day to attend a meeting. -
They did but it was bottom in 2019 and 2022 with the possibility of the same this year too.

Spot on. Lynn and Boro fans are fed up with propping the Premiership up, tine to get out and be competitive.

Wouldn't be surprised if it stays that way, might need a 'stadium issue' at the Foxhole one Thursday if Doyle and/or Emil have rearranged Polish fixtures

Plymouth look one rider short of a half decent side, Trigger way out of his depth unfortunately. -
LOL. Up there with the floodlights and the electrical issues of previous years. Hopefully Mr Morris will be visiting to verify and hand out any fines and points deductions/awards as necessary. Embarrassing.

Oxford Vs Redcar (league) 3rd May

Good to see two young Brits getting the guest bookings. -
I'm surprised that he is shutting off into corners I have to admit. Wouldn't have been surprised by inconsistency or giving up at the back, but not giving 100% when there are riders around him very much has.

Leicester were never going to invest all that time and effort in the Thompsons and not use one of them this year. -

IF gates are being prepared differently for home riders like dear old Bob used to at Arlington then that most definitely is cheating and not just home advantage. Like I said, IF. Anyway, thoroughly enjoying this thread so far and I see Mr Phillips had his fishing rod out last week, did he get any bites -

Ipswich V Kings Lynn May 1st
Bagpuss replied to cowboy cookie returns?'s topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
'Hooking the guest' made sense at the time as it was a race without Doyle or Emil and to be fair Howarth only had a point at that stage, however it was poor planning for he and Edwards to have four rides each. -
I would persevere with Klindt, we know he is capable of better and at least cares/puts the effort in. KK is done though for me.

Ipswich V Kings Lynn May 1st

Taking into account Doyle sitting out heat 15 yes that was a better performance and score but one rider is letting us down big time away from home despite scoring well at Lynn and in the Extraliga, I think we are owed an explanation as to why he is shutting off into corners and not beating anybody it's not good enough. Don't see the sense in getting rid of Klindt personally, he hasn't beaten an opponent in a heat one yet and needs to be better at home but has scored 8 today and at Sheffield and at least gets stuck in. While I understand using a TS against King, Howarth really should have had at least 6 rides today. -

Absolutely, well done to him but from a Lynn fan's perspective (ie me) he shouldn't be beating any of our top five. -

I think the local derbies are the least of our worries, the crowds will be down to a few die hards if these performances continue. Anyway, I don't want my club just making up the numbers so the the ones with resources have a league to race in. -

I hope the merry-go-round involves Lynn getting shot of some of our chaff.
