  1. With a fully fit seven riders this would be a tough match, but with the current injury list at Berwick , they should perhaps give a Ethan Hunt a call as a victory looks like Mission Impossible . Let's hope it's a good meeting with cracking racing and all the riders staying safe ,hopefully there will be no need for covers tomorrow night , be good to see another decent crowd I'm surest night in Banditland is more pleasureable than watching Britians Got Talent , as Yazz once said " The Only Way Is Up,"
  2. The injuries at reserve are more of a problem IMHO , already using guests to cover Jye , if Lee's injury is long term we will need to look at the transfer market again as I don't think Ryan is fit yet The injuries at reserve are more of a problem IMHO , already using guests to cover Jye , if Lee's injury is long term we will need to look at the transfer market again as I don't think Ryan is fit yet
  3. After his previous interview in The Speedway Star telling us how great they where now that Lewis has cut his ties with Revolution Racing will there be a follow up interview in telling us what a big mistake it was getting involved with them ?
  4. Well done to Redcar on a well deserved victory . Even before the Ht 8 crash The Bandits where never looking like they were going to win , after losing Payne & Howe it was an impossible task . Danny's move up to No2 has left us very week at reserve especially with Jye out injured. As for the crash and the events afterwards are some the scariest I've seen in a long time and I'm amazed that they walked away form it,, hope all involved , including the medic , will not be to seriously injured . Not sure where Berwick go from here need to see what the extent of the injury list is first then make a decision once the dust has settled , the upcoming meetings aren't getting any easier for us , even with 7 fully fit riders The Comets and The Tigers would be a tough ask
  5. Lets be honest the only reason he was asked was because he was there and his average fitted and it was easier than phoning around hunting for a rider who'd have to travel up to Newcastle at short notice not the first time its happened when a visiting teams has had a rider injured at Sheilfield and they've invited a Berwick rider to help out in a Sunday fixture
  6. I get the feeling the Bandits management may have asked him to stay safe
  7. How many Aussie riders can you think of that have been involved serious court cases in recent years ?
  8. From what I've seen of him at Berwick he's definitely worth sticking with always gives 100%
  9. There might be a bit extra spice to next Saturday night meeting then
  10. Could be interesting at Berwick next Saturday , with 3 Aussies in our line up BB will have plenty opportunities to get his alleged dislike of Australians out his system
  11. Finally something to make the drive home a bit more bearable on what was a fairly chilly night although at one point it did look like it was another meeting that was slipping away from our grasp , but the guys dug deep and came up with goods , hopefully we can kick on from here and put a few decent results together
  12. If the weather/ rain is coming from a westerly direction then I'm sorry to say there's more on its way it's still pretty wet her just outside Gala and showing little signs of stopping any time soon unfortunately
  13. I heard Hougard would of missed 3 meetings in the next month , maybe that's why they changed their minds
  14. Calamari fireworks at yours on bonfire night is it ?
  15. After seeing the line up I was actually in two minds about going last night and staying home and watching the GP , added to the fact it wasnt the warmest of evenings for hanging about feeling bored , but as the GP was almost as boring as the last night match I'm not sure if I made the correct choice in attending
  16. 25 minute gap between Ht 1 & 2 , riders struggling to control their bikes , races strung out the length of the straight and another home defeat , do you really expect folks to happy ? All I can say is it's a good job there's a wee break until the next meeting
  17. This meeting started badly and never really improved from a Bandits point of view. Biggest positive was the effort put in by Lewis Bridger even if he did resort to a wee bit of grasstracking in heat 15 . Kev & Nick deserve honourable mentions for their efforts but to be honest The Bandits never looked like taking anything from the meeting
  18. no need for an anchor then for Berwick the we're already at the bottom
  19. And people wonder why speedway is considered a Mickey Mouse sport
  20. Is it too much to expect the teams for tonights match to listed on the Bandits website ?
