  1. Hes not ready yet either. Hes an NL reserve/number 2.
  2. Presumably this means Mountain wont ride NL. Its a decent looking side, so watch some random rule get brought in making the line-up ineligible!
  3. Thats what I suspect the original plan was.
  4. Tough luck on Jack Smith and I feel a few more riders on 2.something may miss out for a 2.00 Rider, which does nothing for their progress at all. Its clearly a very good team but theres a heavy reliance on Sarj to stay fit all year.
  5. The team is very good, dont get me wrong. But Im surprised by Starke and Vissing as theyre not riders who are guaranteed average riders, like some of the others are, and have been around a bit at this level.
  6. Thats a potentially league winning side.
  7. Saul Bulley is arguably not even ready for the NL yet, let alone the Championship!
  8. Do you have a confirmed average for Marson, Adz? I assume Bebee is a 3.00.
  9. Isnt a bugger problem that Greaves, Williamson, Perks, Ash Morris etc are all struggling to get Championship places? Yet they all proved last season that theyre good enough to warrant places. The first 3s averages went up significantly.
  10. Scott Campos is the second name confirmed. Im surprised hes back.
  11. Nobody complained about the rule when it was originally in force and it makes sense as the best riders in the top tier shouldnt make easy pickings on the second tier. The issue is it seemingly only affects Nicholls, but is it right having the calibre of Harris & Morris in the second tier? Surely theyre too good which in turn dilutes the Premiership as the top riders arent even unique to that league.
  12. By choosing a number 7 this way they may not get the strongest as hell be snapped up. But theyll definitely get one willing to ride for the Scorpions and he will have plenty of EWR laps to hit the ground running.
  13. Its not the reality as then hed join a Championship team and ride in only one league.
  14. Storm meetings didnt get that many though and youd hope that with their being no Bees then those who didnt bother with the Storm meetings would go along. But Lakeside fans have proved that just simply still existing doesnt guarantee a fan base.
  15. Excellent team! Theres a genuine number 1 who will win races everywhere plus 3 riders behind him who are all heat leaders. Add Stefan who is at home at the EWR and Manzares who is certainly better than a reserve and theres lots of scoring potential throughout the team. Plus all that on a Friday night when the racing has repeatedly been better than a Sunday teatime.
  16. The rules say an NL average since 2011 if its higher than his converted Championship average. So Sarj wouldnt be that cheap, but of course the rules have a habit of being mislead. Just ask about Hall, Roynon or Hurry.
  17. Kemp will top the averages of the 3.00s, then Edwards and then Flint 😉
  18. Essentially the same side made the play-off final last year, so should be good for a top 4 spot this year.
  19. Thats a good team. Always a useful reserve and a powerful top 2. However I think Hunter will be further south.
  20. About the best 3.00 that you can get after Kemp & Edwards and its obvious where theyre going.
  21. Surely these new starting rules will make life perfect for Sarj.
  22. Scunny have retweeted Manzares tweet where hes looking for accommodation and a workshop in the Midlands! Of course, it could be another one of their red herrings.
  23. If youre including Watt, then the Isle of Wight have 3 as well with him, Doyle & Holder.
