During the winter of 97 it was set that any team retaining their starting line up throughout the season would be allowed to keep it in place for the next season Witches 98 meant that didnt even last 1 year......

Not quite the same IMO as it is at the BSPA/SCB discretion to make the nominations There are no set criteria to uphold

But equally if those 'idiots' control access to another avenue for you can you really expect them to keep that open to you if you refuse the mainstream contract......

It did decide it due not only to the disgraceful decision but also to the fact that MPT missed as many as 9 races through the rest of the tie as a result
