  1. So what was the reason a facility was granted on Saturday then?
  2. If Scunny go to 14 pts they will top that group and Sheff on 13 would miss out to Boro if you beat the Witches For Worky to get to 14 would mean Glasgow not getting 14 (I think!) and so again 2nd place in that group cant out do Boro should they beat the Witches
  3. Just seen on the Kings Lynn thread that Lewis Rose has posted on Facebook that he is taking a break from the sport....
  4. I would expect overall race point difference from the whole group fixtures
  5. Which would mean them topping the group to qualify If they end on 13 or less then whomever us 2nd in that group will not be best runner up if Boro win
  6. If Peterborough win their home match then 13 points from a 4 team group wont be enough Average 2.17 points per meeting and Boro would have 2.25 average (9 from 4) You need my Witches to do you a favour....
  7. I agree with you Webby and have posted similar myself before Poole were also for Wedsnesday for the top league so it wasnt just the Thurdsay Championship clubs
  8. Nico is out for the next few weeks with broken ribs from a crash at Ipswich on Sat 21st Castagna tops the standings in the Italian Championship after the first few rounds and must be favourite to get yhe nod for a wildcard
  9. Look on the rolling averages thread in general section Gambo (who I understand provides the software for the BSPA stats) this week has stated 2017 meetings WILL now count towards a 20 match rolling figure (after a u turn) 4h 4a with shield meetings not counting was the original reg for this year (with new riders still needing this) Whether the reg on shield meetings counting has also been adjusted doesnt appear to have been confirmed
  10. So not following your own advice as per the last line of your original 'rebuke'
  11. All the riders couldnt ride on Thursday Lakeside at Ipswich so Swindon would be missing 3 instead....
  12. Jenga in moral high ground irony shocker over light hearted post Best wishes to Richard if the real issue is a serious family situation as you state
  13. Sounds about right - actually I reckon youre as puggled as pig sh!t
  14. The sound system has had some teething problems with complete failure for a number of heats on opening night and some intermitent volume levels at other times so far. It is a significant improvement and seemed almost there on Thursday. Well done to the club for taking the action they have. Wayne has been confident, enthusiastic and engaging. Any errors have been minor and few. You can tell such a task is his profession. Well done Wayne for a really good start in the role.
  15. I think Im right in thinking Gambo provides the software used by the BSPA to produce the official stats so his understanding of the situation should be correct. It is I agree another variation from the originally published regulations. You would expect to see revision of the regs and greensheets ASAP if so.
  16. A significantly improved rider from the raw talent when he rode for Ipswich He is looking like he could be ready to break through to the next level too IMO At least as good as Ostergaard now and on the up - probably more consistent too
  17. Gambo has put on the rolling averages thread that 2017 WILL now be included (20 meeting total) This could make a big difference and will certainly even out any potential large risers or fallers
  18. For the 3 heat leaders this year guests are allowed As Baggy points out above 2nd strings are r/r
  19. The right decision in order to remove/reduce the impact of any attempt of manipulation One that shouldve been made in November however better late than never!
