It could be argued that the desirable position would actually be to deny more riders at that level rides in the 2nd tier in order to keep costs to a more sustainble level.

Yes he will be on 7.23 But apparently both reserves are back on their 2016 2nd tier averages which will be lower than the 2017 figures achieved in the stronger top league
