  1. Youve got a good un in Kyle Shame we couldnt make him a Witch again Great attitude and approach, superb team ethic Hope he has a great season for you and himself 👏👍
  2. Much better an honest mistake such as this than a dishonest one such as others have made.....
  3. Far too harsh IMO. I certainly have the odd exchange on here but dont see any that fit with that. On the whole its just loyal fans defending their club. A few times some may try to defend the indefensible (thats not unique to Boro) but in the main a level headed bunch. I enjoy the banter 👍
  4. I hope the LC doesnt count towards the rider averages......
  5. No because of rearrangements for dates not on the original calender. Due to priority given in the international fixture list Lambert for example had to go to Poland but the absence could not be covered by a facility within British rules.
  6. But were the only to grant permission - in the other cases the alternative fixtures had priority
  7. You could add a 2nd set of fixtures meaning a guarantee if 24 But what then when you have a semi and final for LC KOC and playoffs That could be 6 more and just would not fit - and thats without any rain offs or gaps for any other reasons
  8. Well yes I suppose they could take a 2nd job - probably a Friday night shift when the speedway is on......
  9. There will be many aged under 30 on or just above minimum wage in a similar or even worse position and with little security yet they will be expected to pay more than 'oldies' on secure and inflation proof pensions.
  10. I didnt attend the 4s out of principle so British Speedway didnt get my money as a direct result of Holder/Rathbone. How many more if any took the same stance? The ACU ruling doesnt actually mean that it was considered that the orginal penalty was incorrect just that the BSPA hadnt acted as they should. It could simply be that they felt the Godfrey conversation significant enough to be considered a binding ruling
  11. Im not saying it is and to an extent I am playing devils advocate as opposed to being a hard nosed a**hole In that vein if someone is struggling on a pension for the basics I doubt it would make any difference whether the admission fee was £10 £15 or £20 - it would still be too much
  12. Pension is the only income that has risen at least in line with inflation in the last decade....
  13. Godfreys 'advice' is now pretty much spot on - so what case is there for him to answer?
