Ipswich would hold more fans but there is no doubt the NSS would be the best track to hold it on.
As a Witches fan though it would very interesting to see how the top boys handled a smallish, tight but grippy track...
its not like there are many meetings that go ahead without guests or rr anyway.
Teams need to just get on with it and stop being awkward
The fact that one half of the KOCup doesnt have the 2nd leg of the QUARTER final until Sept 22nd sums it up....
Wasnt it after all clubs had completed 4h 4a LEAGUE meetings but then (although not in the regs) decided to include the round 1 KOCup meetings also.
If it was 4h 4a and the KOCup was being used from the start then the first avearges couldve been issued earlier as Swindons 4th home league meeting wasnt needed if it was just to be 4 home meetings of either competition.
If we were playing blackjack Id say we sit with a hand totalling 17 and have decided to stick.
We've done so whilst we've seen other teams (with nothing to lose admittedly) twist and picked up good cards in Robson NBJ and Allen and with Tungate still in the deck.
So is it better to twist and lose out or stick with a hand that keeps you in the game until the end but rarely is enough to beat the dealer.....
Someone mentioned at the start how refreshing it was to see 7 against 7 with no guests or rr
After heat 14 we all realised it was 6 against 8 😠
If Sedge is at Foxhall next week I may not be.....
BTW well done to the Monarchs for hanging in their to allow him to play his part
Im certain it has but personally I condemn that if it happens anywhere by any team - including Ipswich.
Peterborough took it to a new level though. At one point there was a team of 4 with shovels sorting out a 20 metre stretch from gate 4!!
Think Edinburgh could push us hard tonight
A stronger start than we had for their first visit would be nice
Hope we can run out winners by 10+ in tge end
