  1. I guess they do. Lets be fair as we have always said there isnt a lot else for people in Poole to got to. And history always tells us that if the Poole fans dont like what they are seeing or the team is struggling they dont bother going. Support your club through good and bad.
  2. He did, was very impressed how quickly he sized the place up...........looks a good prospect
  3. have a little look to see how he got half of his points then come back to me. the 2 races he scored in he was paid for 5......... I want him to do well.....he rides for my team! fact is in his first 2 races he was a long last until 3 riders fell! was involved in a good 5-1 and looked like the old Kyle Newman but was then left in heat 14 by a youngster on his first ever visit to the place. Sedgman has been criticised on the Ipswich pages but im yet to see Belle Vue fans come on the Ipswich threads moaning
  4. Your correct it isn't. However in his first ride he was a long last then Pickering fell so 1 point paid for 2 In his second race he was last when Riss fell and then Sedgman fell so another 2 points Had a great ride in his third race then got left easily by Pickering in his last ride. KING - had 4 easy wins but a tape touch and fall probably cost him the full house HEEPS- first 2 quite poor but then involved in 2 big 5-1's that ultimately won us the meeting SEDGMAN - silly fall in his second ride but bounced back after with 2 wins NEWMAN - struggled but played a part in an important 5-1 SCHLEIN - slow start but what a ride in heat 13 passing both Monarchs MOUNTAIN - does struggle with the track but also involved in a good 5-1 to change the meeting in heat 8 GREAVES - unlucky tonight but we got by without him MASTERS - solid but not spectacular, good pass on Sedgman but gave way to Schlein in heat 13 M RISS - I expected better, not on the pace, fair play cleared the track when he fell even though his own rider wasn't winning E RISS - great showing, so smooth and will be a number one very soon, missed out in heat 15 but for me Monarchs best rider PICKERING - this boy can ride. on a 5-1 before falling on the last lap, and very quick in 14 when leading. a must for next season WELLS - for someone who rides Foxhall well thought he was poor tonight CLEGG - good win in heat 2 but ineffective afterwards DAVEY - poor , don't think he liked the track
  5. grow up you pathetic little man. I want my team to show some effort. In his first 2 races he was last and way behind and 3 riders fell off. In his last ride he gated and held of Wells very well. He should win Heat 14 and then he will have done his job. If you don't mind your team not trying that's down to you
  6. that he rides for you as well as us. He has so far only beat riders who have fallen off in front of him. Lack of effort as well. If Poole makes changes he has to go and I don't think we will have him for to much longer To be fair Poole usually get good crowds......but they are fickle and go missing very quickly
  7. Didn't expect Newman to be this poor. No effort at all
  8. Kyle Newman looking like a novice in the first at Ipswich tonight half a lap behind!
  9. they cancelled each other out and Poole only just scrapped home. Wolves over 2 legs would be hot favourites. Poole need to make changes
  10. Poole biggest issue was signing KK. If you haven't got that number one that you can rely on for double figures then you are always in trouble. Zengota isn't a number one been then again neither is KK. The form of Newman is a big concern.
  11. think its just Shovlar who just talks his usual crap the other Poole fans see the real story
  12. got that trolling fishing rod out again I see! you are the only person on here saying that it was an unlikely victory................everyone else knows Poole should have won it comfortably You missed Klindt so add another 7 on your score...........Wolves missed Lindgren so add another 7 on their score. Please please tell me your trolling......................even you aren't thick enough to believe what you wrote
  13. Poor choice of guest cost Wolves there. For Poole to only win by 2 shows there are some issues in that team namely Shanes and Newman and the lack of a number one. Not sure what's up with Matt Ford this season not on the ball when needing to make changes. Good point for Wolves on a track they usually struggle on and Masters and Thorsell never go well there and the reserves were poor.
  14. Zengota no worse than KK. Holder and Kurtz already beaten their score from last time. Thorsell and Masters as expected failing to win a race. Shanes and Newman 2 point between them is the biggest issue. Loss of Klindt cancelled out by no Lindgren
  15. The loss of Freddie replaced by Josh is a bigger loss than that of Klindt for Bates. Poole to win by at least 10 Update on Klindt is that he has to go see a knee specialist back home in Denmark........this could be a long lay off.
  16. Think the word your looking for is weaker...not weak. Bates is the 3rd best number 6 in the league behind Klindt and Huchenbeck. I would expect him to have the measure of Mark Riss on a track that Riss hasnt rode. Not sure you need changes as such but the Poole current 1-7 will certainly not win the league and could struggle to make top 4. Poole is not a track that Masters and Thorsell ride that well Wolves are certain in the top 4 and 3 from Rye House, Belle Vue, Kings Lynn and Poole will join them.
  17. Didnt see to many Poole fans moaning that Leicester had to use 3 guests and R/R last week? I agree it becomes daft but thats how the sport is run these days. Some weeks it goes for you and some against you. Poole had to ride a weakened Leicester team Poole tonight ride a weakened Wolves team However at Belle Vue its Poole who are weakened.
  18. I agree Poole are badly weakened without Zengota and Andersen. Batchelor has yet to score more than 5 there so isnt a great replacement. I fancied Belle Vue anyway but even more so now im assuming thats a tongue in cheek comment 100% correct, its swings and roundabouts. Cant see Matt Ford postponing tonight as Wolves are weakened
  19. Obviously you cant actually read posts!! Did anyone say a significant boost?? No i think people were responding to Shovlar who said Poole would be weaker in this meeting now that Bates was riding instead of Klindt. Merely just pointing out the facts that they wouldnt be. Have a little read of posts before you actually post yourself Yes he did. I love it then when teams come to Poole with weakened sides then thats ok ( like Wolves will be tonight).......but if Poole go anywhere with a weak side then their fans cant be bothered to support them......very fickle
  20. But its fact not opinion? Im not disagreeing that Klindt is a better rider than Bates , im sure the vast majority of fans would agree with that. In this match i think Poole will miss Klindt quite a bit and Bates wont get near what Klindt would have done. BUT.... Klindt has a poor record at the NSS does he not?? Thats not opinion Bates has a better record at the NSS does he not?? Again thats not an opinion. What nobody knows (which ive alluded to) is the fact Bates could have a shocker at the NSS this time and vice versa could fly in the Wolves match. Im not trying to say Bates is better than Klindt. Im trying to show one person on here that he is talking absolute garbage in saying Poole are weaker without Klindt at the NSS. There is not a shred of evidence to suggest this is true. I suggest you look at their scores at the NSS and then without bias decide who you think is the better option at that track. With regards to Josh at Poole i did point out he was a former Poole rider.......back in 2013 when he was either at number 4 or reserve. His last 4 scores at Wimborne Road have been average. He is replacing a world class rider in Lindgren who, although Poole isnt his best track, still manages to score more than Josh has by quite some way. Josh is riding in the number 1 position, he will do well to get near double figures. Again Josh could have a stormer we dont know. But again the facts at this stage are that Josh G isnt as strong a number one as Freddie Lindgren would have been
  21. No i dont.....what i do is try to look at the facts....take those facts and then build a case around those. Sadly a certain person on here doesnt deal in facts and prefers to just spout guff. Klindt at home in this meeting will be a big loss for Poole At Belle Vue the facts are he wont be. What could happen is that Bates scores double figures in the home match and only 2 in the away match nobody knows. What people shouldnt do is just dismiss the evidence we have before us. Steve Shovlar is saying that Klindt would be better than Bates at the NSS.............not sure how anyone can say that
  22. I think Poole will get beat with or without Klindt But lesser teams than Poole have been running Belle Vue close and Somerset won there. So not impossible for you not to get something
  23. Lots of meeting falling foul of the weather and im hoping to get to Ipswich Thursday weather permitting. Im sure Poole will do everything they can to get the meeting on. There isnt going to be a better time to face Wolves.
