Track is lovely and smooth. And you can pass on it as well. -
A tough meeting for the Pirates on Thursday with the visit of Ipswich, who will be out for a quick revenge after being beaten at home by a patched up Poole side last week. Ipswich have track specialists and can cause us problems, especially if we have to go with guests again. Good news in NBJ has returned to the track and scored well at Leicester today. Brady and Covatti can’t be too far away from a return, either. Chris Harris is due in Togliatti so whether he rides or not we will have to wait and see. Should be a thriller. Thoughts?

Give it a rest Starry. Stop name calling.

No I took you off block to laugh to your posts.

We went with a Brit in Kyle. He scored zero. We should have gone with Jonny foreigner and won by a bigger margin! I believe that all Premiership teams should have 2 young Brits in the reserve berth who stay there for the whole season, regardless of what they score. It was a terrible call to drop this a couple of years ago and should be reinstated for next season, should there be a top league.

Only one person to blame and that’s Ipswich mega fan Gavan, who spent every waking moment on Poole threads slagging us off to all and sundry. You probably never noticed as Ipswich were in the championship and rarely ventured onto a,Poole thread, but if you had you would understand the reason why this victory is one to savour. It’s go nothing to do with genuine Ipswich fans or their club, but everything to do with one of your fans who can’t resist having a pop at every opportunity. What goes around comes around and and our victory is very sweet indeed. But it seems it is all too much for Gavan who is still hiding behind the sofa. -
Trackprat must have had many, many years of disappointment then. No wonder he is so bitter and twisted.

I am not defending the cancellation. Change the date imo.

A beautiful young daughter I spend a lot of time with. What on Earth has this go to do with speedway? ‘For your info I am neither sad or lonely. I am busy and very happy in my life. Today hoping to fly (paraglide) from Near Shaftesbury to Weymouth. Enjoy pushing your trolley around Asda. -
Fair enough on that. No point Poole running a meeting when the team are at Swindon. We normally take a lot of fans to Blunsdon and being top of the league will no doubt bring a couple of hundred fans along. Those would miss the kids meeting.

That’s why I always win or am in the runners up team at the speedway quiz night. -
The massive difference being Kings Lynn don’t pay thousands in rent. Chapman could actually open the gates for free and not lose money, other than peoples time and running costs, fuel, electric etc.
-
Not defending it. I think if Poole committed to a round they should make sure that obligation is fulfilled.
-
Very unfortunate that the meeting has been cancelled but if it meant losing money that’s the only option. I wouldn’t attend and neither would hundreds of others, meaning a minuscule crowd with the rent remaining the same.

He hasn’t posted anything. No “congratulations”, no “we Woz robbed”, no “the track was too slick for our team of racers”, no nothing. A gutless wonder of the highest proportions. I have had him on block for 18 months but thought tonight would be a good time to see what he had to say. His silence says it all. Gone into hiding, too ashamed to admit his team were beaten fair and square. Sums him up perfectly. Back on block for Gavan. -

The reason we didn’t win an extra point. Klindt leading when this happened.
