  1. When Poole booked Morris and Ellis there was no issue. It wasn’t until Allit booked Ellis that this mess came about. He could have chosen any number of other riders and all this would have been avoided. Allit the total cause of this mess.
  2. Thats why Poole booked Ellis. Lets face facts here. Allit has acted appallingly by booking Ellis when he knew Poole had already booked him. Disgraceful to be honest which has caused all this sorry mess.
  3. Morris and Ellis were booked last Tuesday. I know this for a fact.
  4. Utter, utter, made up guff. I know EXACTLY what happened, which has been reported already.
  5. Yes. Kings Lynn have a record of doing such things in the past. Eastbourne anyone?
  6. Not Pooles fault. What part of Ellis booked for Poole at Kings Lynn don’t you understand?
  7. Its a waste of time posting on here currently. The haters are out in force. I hope Poole win it tomorrow night. It would be absolutely, and fully deserved.
  8. Because Kings Lynn demanded Adam Ellis. And they are using him for the ko cup as well, I heard last night.
  9. The situation has been solved. The SCB rules have been ammended so that the 5% above rule is now available home and AWAY.
  10. You can tell them until you are blue in the face Skidder. They won’t listen. Haters gonna hate.
  11. Poole had booked Ellis for the second leg. It is not Poole's fault that Kings Lynn booked Ellis in the first leg, causing the issue. Why on earth should Poole be blamed? They did the right thing. But Lynn refused to drop Ellis from the first leg and find another guest, which would have been for the good of the sport. They wanted Ellis in both legs, even though he was booked by the opposition. So Lynn asked Poole if Poole could use Morris in both legs and they could have Ellis. A meeting yesterday morning with the MC and SCB confirmed that this was fair and for the good of the sport. Poole are actually the innocent party in all this. It won’t make an iota of difference to many on here as they will use it to blast Poole. But why do you think Poole gave up Ellis tomorrow night? Should they have told Lynn to take a jump and we would have Morris and Ellis swapping sides? Think that would have been a far worse scenario.
  12. Have to completely agree. Seems Lynn fans were expecting to win last night. That was certainly the vibe to the Lynn fans I talked to on the second bend. i thought Lynn were gifted 6 points when Ellis jumped to two victories.
  13. Quite simple. Both teams have injured riders. To replace them, both clubs use similar quality riders from other clubs. Done.
  14. Absolutely. Adam jumped in every single heat. After being warned he should have been disqualified in the rerun. what I don’t like is it is not really much of a punishment, as they can bring out a good reserve from the tapes. If you are warned then disqualified it should be 3 riders only imo. Just think they are disappointed and lashing out at anything and everything. Suprised someone posted Matt Ford has a phone line to the ref’s box to tell him to exclude Toft! Ellis didn’t need to touch the tapes to be excluded. Said it several times now. He was already warned for moving at the start. A twitch would have seen him out. But he touched the tapes, before Harris as the tv showed, so really nothing to see here.
  15. So after last night Pirates take a 16 point lead into the second leg at Kings Lynn. Is it enough? You can be sure that Kings Lynn will be fired up and want to hit us hard from heat 1. The Pirates will be aware of this and will not want any last places. Thoughts?
  16. Nothing to see here. Mods please close thread to save on bandwidth.
