  1. The only way edr riders can get a fair average is to use their pl average. They can use their edr average as it would put all of them out of a team place. Kyles pl gs average is 6.31. If the conversion is 0.5, he is 3.16. How else can averages be worked out? Their pl average is not manipulated by easy el reserve rides.
  2. Riders affected by the PZM rule who ride EL. Zagar Hougaard Jonsson Nilsson Harris Iversen Batchelor Holder Andersen Lindgren Woffinden Fricke Thorsell Masters Doyle Wozniak
  3. So what the hell is going on? Why hasn't Horton come out and crushed the rumours? What are the rumours? No cryptic clues please just what has been heard. If there is silence from the promotion it only means bad news. The Coventry fans deserve better than this.
  4. Riders are self employed. They rent themselves to their Polish club once a week. How they spend their other days is surely up to the riders. This new rule will wreck the el if riders dont stand up to it.
  5. So the Polish PZM are demanding riders only ride in two countries league maximum. Even though riders are self employed the pzm are demanding the can only ride polish league and one more. So if Doyle rides Poland he can ride Sweden but not UK. Every British EL club is affected. Who can this be legal? Seems to me riders need to stand together in unison and tell the pzm where they can stick their rule.
  6. The big issue is the pzm demanding riders sign a deal to ride extraleague and only one other league. This is all riders not just Poles.
  7. This lad seems to have a fair bir of stick thrown in his direction over the last year. A professional reserve with no interest in getting better. A rider who will never be anything. Reached his peak. Not as good as Garrity/Bates/sargeant etc etc etc. Yet Poole fans love him. And tonight he showed exactly why. A fantastic performance of effort and tenacity. Beating the world champ from the back and never giving up. Kyle had a life threatening injury this year but tonight he put in possibly his best performancd in a Pirates race jacket. Do Poole fans want him back in 2017? Hell yes! And looking at the PL GS averages he will come in on 3.16 Well done tonight Kyle.
  8. Just have to say the PK/Ellis call was just a disgrace. Not one Wolves around us fan backed Pk. They all said he overlocked and Ellis then Clegg laid it down. I havent seen any replays but for the life of me I still can't fathom how Ellis was excluded. And in fifteen the ref was playing to the crowd. Shall I exclude him? Shall I not.......build up the tension......wait a little longer..... white light on big cheers. Two poor calls imo.
  9. First of all well done to Wolves. Best team on the night and the only suprise was that it took them so long to finish us off, especially with a gaping hole in the middle of the team so large you could drive a bus through. Soon as it was announced Lindback was missing I knew we were stuffed. Two points from his rides sums it up. With Kurtz completely out of his depth, buck not having a clue and Tungate useless as a guest, we had no back up for our reserves. Holder showed his dislike for the track with a crap performance. A shame we couldn't put out a decent team but injuries finally caught up with us. A big well done to our reserves Ellis and Newman who never gave up. Newman rider of the night. Good luck to both Wolverhampton and Belle Vue in the final. I am completely neutral and couldn't care less who wins it now. Just hope its run by a ref who can make decisions based on what happens on track rather than who the home team is.
  10. Wolves here stunned pk got away with it. Clear as day Ellis and clegg laid it down.
  11. Congrats to Wolves. Never thought 12 was enough but when we have no heat leaders and Holder struggling it is an impossible task. Wolves are on it and we don't have an answer to counter it.
  12. Have to say I was right when I was hoping I was over pestimistic. Got no heat leaders other than Holder who got out trapped. A shame we have such a weak team here but nothing to be done about it.
  13. Think it will be 55-35ish with this very weak looking Poole team. Hope I am wrong. Not a huge crowd.
  14. Trouble is Clegg and Howarth are more than capable around Monmore. No easy rides.
  15. Tell you what, such is the anti Poole brigades warped view, if it had been Holder out tonight they would have still said it was tactical and that Poole would be stronger.
  16. People are saying that Bjarne has faked the photo. You couldn't make it up. He didn't have to post a photo anyway! As for tonight, think we will struggle big time to be honest. Putting riders like Buck and Kurtz against Masters and Woffinden was bad enough. Now they have to try and beat Lindgren and Harris. No chance.
  17. We are having some rotten luck at the worst possible time. No Hans, no Bjarne, no Lindback. If Wolves dont beat us on aggregate now they never will. With a full team I would have felt confident of progressing but it needs a miracle to be honest.
  18. Thats that then. No chance of getting past Wolves now. Havent a clue what's up. Disastrous. Guess its r/r so we are a one heat leader team.
  19. Is Adam fit to ride Jonny? I personally think we are 4 points short from the first leg. Sure we have a chance but we need all the riders in form to make the final this year, and it hasn't been the case. Wolves with Harris will be impossible to get close to and you can be sure Woffinden and Lindgren will be right on it, backed by Masters and PK. The Wolves reserves are also a different kettle of fish around Monmore. I am sure the Poole boys will give everything they have got and Middlo will have them fired up. Certainly going to miss Andersen tonight as he can be very good around here, as can Bjarne. Said all along who goes through here will win the championship. Don't see anything to change my mind. Lets hope for a great meeting great atmosphere and riders remaining safe.
  20. So basically no rules were broken. The anti Poole brigade are trying anything they can to say Matt Ford cheated when in truth no rules were broken and no cheating has taken place at all. Nothing to see here. Move along.
  21. Andersen didn't race within a week. Where have you go that from? He was injured at Leicester on August Bank Holiday.
  22. Ok can you please show me in the rule book exactly what rules have been broken? I do 't know of a single rule Poole have broken here. If one has, where is it in the rule book please? Hans Andersen was out for a month before attempting a comeback, which he has readily admitted was a failure. And he posted the hand has not yet healed and he couldn't use the hand properly. So he is still out injured. All this utter nonesense about Poole having points deducted and Andersen should ride is quite pathetic, especially as Hans fas said he is not fit to ride. As Grachan said, the more sensible call was to go with a replacement rather than guests. No doubt Harris would have been lining up tomorrow for Poole if Matt Ford hadn't brought in Lindback. Poole would certainly have been stronger. Clearly no rules whatsoever have been broken by Poole. If they had they would have been picked up on it. Instead a few fans have gone Saloms Lot and made fools of themselves y claiming Poole cheated somehow. But without saying what rules they have cheated at.
