Relegation beckons, this team will struggle to beat Swindon. The Robins fans now don't have the fear of relegation.
-
But they have moved up to the top league. This team looks poor so far. Riders like Josh G are not going to do what they did last year.
-
A big oh dear at the moment. No strength at all so far. Need a Noddy.
-
No he was a team manager.
-
All this travelling too far nonsense. Havvy used to travel to his home meetings at Poole every week from Redcar! Thought nothing of it.

You know as well as the rest of us that Poole were devastated by injuries for the semi and the injury to Andersen couldn't be covered by the no show of Lindback. With a fit Andersen I am sure we would have gone through but Fricke put paid to that at Leicester. With the team Poole had to put out at Monmore it was no suprise we were beaten. Like coming to Poole trying to defend a lead without Woffinden or Lindgren. If you think the team mentioned a few posts up is good enough then I hope that will be the team. They won't come close with that lineup. Still, Woffinden will probably come knocking cap in hand before the end of July when his wc chances have vanished. Who will be for the chop this time? Tell that to Brum.

A bit tiny more than I saw last week. Mind you that pile of stone and metal fencing were there. At this rate the new stadium will be ready. By 2025.

Agree. Perfect team to beat. Howarth hasn't prgressed as many thought he would. Skornicki is past his best by ten years. And two very weak reserves. Clegg is next to useless away.
-
Surely they could put together a better team than that? Looks weak to me.

After 4h&a Could Poole Replace Klindt With Vaculik?
Steve Shovlar replied to DC2's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
This topic wouldn't have been started if Klindt had sign for another club. Haters gonna hate..... -
A shame an event lie this could not have been put up through periscope for everyone to watch with questions being posted through twitter.

If the rumours are true about Buster taking over the promotion the first job is to change thr track shape, and he has the gear and experience to get it sorted.
-
I believe Good Friday is Poole v Somerset noon with the return at 7.30pm.
-
Theres nothing to be had. Sandhu has had all the scrap away.
-
I have emailed him to thank him for his mediation work. Suggest Coventry and speedway fans alike do the same.
-
Agree can someone find his email details?
-
These Championship clubs need to remember that Poole fixtures take priority. Ipswich will be missing Newman when Poole ride away at Swindon on a Thursday and any other Ipwich away meeting clashes. Same goes for Holder and Kurtz if he rides Championship.

I now really hope both parties now honor their agreement. It has been very unfair on the Coventry fans and the whole episode could have been avoided. Two men with no doubt huge egos and neither wanted to back down led to this sorry mess. Keeping everything crossed for the suffering Coventry fans.

Over the years I have had some right tough old banter with Coventry fans. The rivalry between Poole and Coventry over the last 15 or so years has been legendary. But when something so terrible as this happens there's no place for rivalry. Reading this forum and looking at those photos is devastating. And that's from a Poole fan. I dread to know what it actually feels like as a Bees supporter. If I was I would be banging on doors demanding explainations. What is clear this evening is that Horton has thrown in the towel. His lawyer has said he is not going ahead and has told his riders to find a club. Basically they are now up 5hite creek without a paddle. The vandalism to the stadium means the place is finished as a sporting venue. Expect the main stand to become the victim of some arsonists over the next couple of months, meaning the whole place will have to be flattened on health and safety grounds speeding forward the propety developers plans. So sad and so depressing. Really feel for Coventry fans at this time and wish them all, every single one of them, the best.

Whilst Sandhu is within his rights to take what is his, what is not right is vandalism to the stadium. The photos clearly show the ceilings smashed up, and the wiring ripped out of the refs box. This is not removing personal items, it is making sure no one else can use it. Sandhu is open here to be prosecuted for vandalising the stadium. Coventry fans need to report the stadium vandalism to the police as it is a criminal act. By law they will have to act. Come on Bees fans get on the blower to the old bill.
-
As Sandhu's lackey he will chuck all the crap at Horton. The damage done really does mean the end of Coventry speedway.. congratulations to Sandhu, finally got his way. it would cost tens of thousands to put the damage right. Just not worth it. Smashing up seats proves Sandhu's aim was to make sure there was no way back for either sport of speedway or stox. By vandalising the stadium he brings an end to decades of coventry bees. Guess the only option open now is to move the team to Leicester..

Just think. If Swindon had signed Andersen they could have had a fairy tale lineup. Hansi and Grondal. I'll get me coat.......

That third paragraph sounds ominous.
