  1. It is excellent that Belle Vue have managed to come through the season with the same 7 riders. Quite a rare thing to happen. In Poole's case Watty just wasn't scoring anything. I don't know what really happened but think his personal life got in the way. Suprised he never managed to get his riding back and was just as bad if not worse at Leicester. Bjarne hasn't strengthened us from the Watty we expected to be with us this year. Of course Hans got injured at the worst possible time and I don't think Lindback is going to just come in and bash in a few big scores. But rather him than guests to be honest. We could have gone horses for courses with Harris at Monmore and Tungate/King/ hougaard at BV.
  2. He had an average of 6.34 from 11 meetings when last riding over here. The bspa have taken that figure as his official average and increased it to 7.
  3. So two riders rumoured to be in the Poole 2017 lineup finish second and third in tonights SEC.
  4. Weather forecast for next week is settled with no rain forecast. 17 degees during Wednesday and 13 degrees in the evening. No worries about track prep as it currently stands.
  5. Things certainly fell NP's way tonight but well done to him. Dangerous track though.
  6. How did he post that? With his tongue? A horrible crash and you could see when he was running his wrist was broken. Get well soon Anders. Here comes the rain again. Will this get finished?
  7. I am loving the fact you are so pi55ed off by it. What did Swindon do this season? Nothing. When they could have made changes they didn't. At Poole riders know they have to perform, and that's what makes Poole the most successful team in the modern era. Keep chompin on those sour grapes..,chomp chomp chomp.... Lol
  8. Lindbacks average was reassesed from 6.34 to 7.00.
  9. I don't buy Newman is in poor form at all. He is trying 110% and scored very well at Monmore recently. Just luck not quite going his way. Impossible to replace.
  10. Makes me laugh when Vaculik praises the track then promptly withdraws. Track has been badly affected by the weather and is rough on the third and fourth bend. Nothing out wide either. Big crowd not a good meeting racing wise which is a shame. Hope the remaining riders make it safely to the end.
  11. Thats the problem with broken bones isn't it. They tend to stop a rider from riding.
  12. Have been told Bjarne pulled out of a Polish meeting today. Not sure where he was meant to be riding.
  13. Zorro "The Greek". What the hell was that about? Clive Fisher special. Guess in his head Zorba and Zorro sounded similar.
  14. Looking at the radar its peeing down though slowly clearing. Won't there be contract issues with some riders in the Golden Helmet?
  15. Thought Ellis did well but in the final should have kept it wider. Still, third in itself is an acheivement. Looking forward to tonights effort and then back to this track for tomorrows meeting.
  16. Horrendous crash. Miracle they walked away. Thought Trovimov a lucky lad following his bike under the fence. Bike in half!
  17. If it happened to me I would just call security to turf 'em out my seat. Simples!
  18. Definetley prefer Buk to be riding. Tungate only got paid five on his last trip and did sweet f a last night. Form Bubble burst?
  19. Only rider that has a knock that I know of is Kyle Newman. Unless Buckowski is struggling with the injury he picked up which caused him to miss a couple of meetings. Perhaps he is booked for Wolves?
  20. Got to be kk if he fits for both legs and if Lakeside really want to make an effort of doing the best they possibly can.
  21. Bjarne has blown it out of the water riding at reserve. He is badly exposed riding in the 1-5.
  22. Kildemand had had a crap season. Gone backwards since leaving the EL.
