  1. Only a pea brain would make Poole favourites for the title.
  2. Only a pea brain would think Poole are favourites for the title.
  3. Nigel Pearson using speedway updates. Its 32-40.
  4. Clegg replaces Kylmakorpi. Lol Gp rider. 8 average.
  5. Now clear Ellis is a rider on another level. Nothing against Bates but they are now not really comparable. It took Holder out of the sport in his prime for a season. And really he has never got back to that level since.
  6. Harris under the fence ala Holder. Bike lifted air bag. Thought that would have been sorted after Holder got so badly injured. Hope he is ok. Its already happened with serious injury to Holder.
  7. But Coventry fans say he should get the boot with all those extra points to play with......etc etc... Rather than axe wobbler Garrity for a ten point man. Like to see Woryna at Pooole next season.
  8. Who needs that dangerous wobbling nutter Garrity when you have Tungate wiping out riders. Thats being polite.
  9. Have to say it looks like an easy win for Belle Vue tonight, and I will say with that they will be virtually uncatchable at the top. Well done to them. And some idiots on here still say Poole are favourites.😂😀😀
  10. And I got lambasted for daring to say Emil is not good enough to ever be World Champion.
  11. Perhaps you are over rating these riders? Pedersen is not the force he was. A bit like Hans in decline. Zengota, Kildemand and Pawlicki are all much of a muchness. Great on their day but can be poor. All good riders but inconsistant. Sufutdinov can be spectacular but also poor like he was yesterday. I am wondering what has happened to Holta. Almost disappeared s couple of seasons ago but has come back like a vintage wine. He has been banging in big scores all season and not just through gating. Like Pepe he has suddenly found a new lease of life.
  12. Why have Sky chosen a meaningless fixture at Coventry over a first v second clash? Like there being Arsenal v Man U match and Sky are showing West Brom v Crystal Palace.
  13. Shame Iversen is not riding. Was looking forward to his battles with Holder. Should be an easy three points to Poole.
  14. Why is that? Surely Poole will want to win the title in front of our own fans. Do you think you are nailed on to finish top?
  15. Do you think the Poole lads won't like Belle Vue? I should think they will thrive in the open wide conditions. They can go there as the underdogs knowing they can beat this seasons favourites. Belle Vue have lived up to their expectations, winning on the road as well as at home, while Poole have only won at Swindon and Lakeside with a draw at Leicester. We still have plenty of opportunities for points away from home. Kings Lynn twice, Belle Vue twice, Leicester, Swindon as well as going to Wolves. Not sure why Belle Vue fans and fans from other clubs don't want to label Belle Vue as title favourites. They have proved they are and its a mantle Poole have enjoyed carrying. But this year we have musfired while Belle Vue gave ridden above their expectations. Clear favourites for the title. Only problem for them is will they manage it in 2016 or fail again like last year? With Wolves home advantage also in the mix as playoff spoilers this is leading up to an explosive title race. Let battle commence!
  16. KK has been in a bad mood all meeting. Fist with Zmaszlik then with Hancock.
  17. Zmarzlik far from happy with KK. Aggro between them. If you are watching on an ipad there will be no sound as you need to watch with a browser that supports flash. I had the same problem. The workaround is to download photo briwser and watch it through that with the flash button clicked. Hey presto sound.
  18. And I could have sworn I saw Hans racing hard last night in the SEC and at Poole last Wednesday. Bjarne has done a hell of a job for us. To say Poole don't have a team of racers is ridiculous. Holder, Buckowski, ellis, Kurtz, Newman don't know when to give up and both Bjarne and Andersen can be meeting winners on their day. Being underdogs to Belle Vue means we can go into the playoffs with no pressure on us but this team, as with all Poole teams, puts pressure and expectations on itself to win when it matters. Belle Vue as a club can this season feel what its like to be clear favourites. And we will see if they can live up to expectations of wearing that mantle. lol!! What about Ellis? What about Newman? What about Kurtz? This Poole team is full of exciting racers. Not gating tarts like King.
  19. The most deserving winners will be the team that wins the title. The poll shows Belle Vue as overwhelming favourites. Most fans expect Belle Vue to win the league, with Poole a distant second. So will Belle Vue choke like they did in 2015 or will they live up to their label as favourites? If it is a Poole V Belle Vue final, which as yet is far from certain, I certainly fancy Poole's chances of winning. Belle Vue have made a howler in running scared of Poole so much that they kept putting off the postponed meeting from the start of the season! It is now taking place a week before playoffs. So Poole will be there at the end of August, 12 days later and then a couple of weeks after that if we make the final. What were Belle Vue thinking? Utter madness on their behalf and it gives two meetings for our team of racers to get dialled in and show what they can do. Baring any late season injuries Pirates I believe Poole will prove to be too strong when it matters. There's no pressure on us being the underdogs.
