They wanted to race here because this used to be the place to be. Now it is not. The people promoting and running British speedway need to go back to the drawing board. Make Britain the place to be and Tai, Nicki, Greg et al will want to ride here. A meaningful league with an attractive fixture list and offering value for money is vital if the decline is to be reversed.
