It should come down to, "was he going to ride a bike while intoxicated" - yes or no. No, did the FIM say this, did the tester hold his nose while testing etc. The FIM don't need to prove beyond reasonable doubt as is the case in a criminal trial. They just need on the balance of probabilities. So technically, a few people saying he was acting as if he was drunk would be enough. So all the crap about blood and proper testers, not needed.

Really? Win all your home meetings, few close away results and you finish in the top half. Then you're in the Gold cup where the same again will see you winning it. May not win you the actual league but tbh, 95% of people only go to home meetings so it's pointless worrying about away results.

No, what you do is let Poole remain Champions - but you put a * next to there name and explain how they actually finished top but were found at a later date not to have done so should have no had first pick and thus things could have been different if one of their riders was not a moron. Chris Harris: "Sure Mick. No problem. I can find him some bikes" MH: "Great, I'll tell him" MH :"Good news Lewis. Bombers going to find you some engines" LB: "Great. But my mechanic wants a sausage roll each meeting too" MH: "Deal" So Lewis think Mick is going to buy him some bikes via Bomber. Bomber thinks he's going to find some bikes for Lewis. Mick think he's finding some bikes, via Bomber for Lewis to buy. Just confusion. Nobody set out to trick, con or upset any other, they just misunderstood what we being asked for an offered. At the point the confusion was realised, Lewis asked Mick for a loan and Mick refused.

Thats the thing with Cycling though. They will change results. When someone is caught out cheating (generally taking drugs) their team drops them straight away knowing they'll probably have results removed. But in speedway his team keep him and then the team manager slags off the FIM at every opportunity. The one is a massive sport thats popular all over the World. The other, well, it's speedway :/
