I would assume it would be under regulation 010.1.2 Completion of Fixtures It is the duty of the staging Promotion to ensure that all fixtures are completed and in the event of it being necessary to re-arrange a team fixture, the Promoter(s)/Associate(s) shall mutually agree a re-staging date. Should they fail to agree the sole authority to specify a date and/or venue for the re-staging shall lie with the BSP LTD Directors. In all events that count towards an Official British Speedway Competition the Regulations must be adhered to and any team or individual found in breach of the Regulations, will be liable to a penalty including the loss of league points or removal from a competition. Would agree 100%

Edinburgh was supposed to be at Poole originally on the 23rd and we had that down as the start of the tour of Poole, Ipswich, Scunthorpe, Workington and Leicester taking in three Monarchs matches two CL and one NDL. Had to cancel our early accommodation and now starting at Scunthorpe. There was a coach travelling for the Poole and Scunthorpe with Sheffield in between, this was cancelled.

Edinburgh used to have a 'De'il tak the hindmost' competition with five riders on a one lapper with the last over the line eliminated until one rider left. This happened until officialdom decided the could not run it as there were five riders starting from the gate and only four were allowed.

This year it will because of the threat of one club pulling out, as it cannot fit in 2 home and away with 25+ meetings in the year.
