Just popped in to view some comments, regarding Mr Lawson's long hair, think in the past used to be a rule saying hair had to be kept inside the Helmut, looks like this rule is long gone as the said person would have needed a helmet 3 sizes bigger
-
Hopefully the only travelers will be fans from miles around coming to witness the rebirth of the comets
-
As previously said on these pages they are hoping to run some open meetings this year, been penciled in for a under 15 round, then hopefully a full league the following year. A lot will depend on weather/finance

Yea had a walk down on Saturday red shale down on 7/8 ths of the track, and from the viewing banks it feels like you are floating over the track, has great potential !!
-
With added wings I do believe
-
Give see tickets a call or email, but if you can't remember getting a confirmation email or reference number when you book, they may have been a clitch and unfortunately your tickets may not have been processed !! Have you looked in your junk email ?
-
Try asking the nearest toddler to you as they seem to manage tablets/computers etc

£20 on the nite if I'm going to come from comets land it's God knows what in petrol once the season starts, so looks like monarch's and most teams won't get traveling fans, looks like streaming the way to go
-
Jet2 are limited to krakow so if flights /holidays only partly sold you pull the plug until summer season, also at the moment you need to covid test 24 hours before arrival, the others wizz air, easyJet etc serve big cities so flights will be more full, but what is happening not very far away is a worry

Who's THJ ???

Just seen a few topics regarding speedway on Fridays, you do know that Mr Godfrey does not like any team bar Scunthorpe riding on Fridays, Workington had lots of these issues in 2018 the H18TORY season

Well after signing up to the Welsh rugby app a couple of weeks ago for my tickets when they are released nearer the time, I am now being bombarded by emails from Welsh rugby, Scarlets and dragons !! Not happy, have unsubscribed but will probably take a while for them to disappear
-
Think I read on app Q+A that one person can be in sole charge of tickets, but will be responsible for any covid passes (if still required in August). Can also send a copy of tickets to another person via a link sent via mobile number provided they have downloaded the said app. Think nearer the event this modern technology will cause a lot of confusion especially if people thought they could print tickets !! Watch this space as they say

As said in the post a foreigners journey at the carnegie theatre was a sell out, must be a good group to get groupies coming over from the east coast
-
Well what a small world !! Went to a gig (a foreigners journey ) in Workington my home town who was sitting next to me ? A certain Roy Clark and Steve Brock !!
-
According to details on the app terms and conditions the millennium stadium is now fully ticket less. meaning you have to have the app to show your tickets, can see this causing allsorts of issues to old and young people a like as we are not all good on smart phones, it does say if you lose charge on your phone the ticket office may be able to help on the day, just imagine the que. I have bought tickets for other older people, thought I could print tickets out. Now gonna have to try and help them download the app so I can send a link to upload tickets so they can get into the stadium !!! Oh the joys of technology give me printed tickets any day Also said tickets released around 3 weeks before the event

Didn't Lewis bridger say similar things when he went to bandit land ?
-
Too many to squeeze in just one team as various riders stood out for different reasons in all era's of the mighty comets ending in our H18TORY season Some names from me to ponder on, Taffy Mal Steve Lawson, Terry Kelly, some from 1981 when I was heavily involved with the comets Wayne Jackson Guy Wilson etc then some of the modern day comets. But think stoney has to be a top pick in most teams
-
Also a good supply of dummies
-
We will get Cumbrian riders Dan bewley at number 1 Steve Lawson at 3 Craig cook at 5 for a start
-
Maybe got to have someone who has previous knowledge of running events at Cardiff then eventually discovery will take over ?
-
For GP would be a crowd of 40000 ish but for GP2 would be surprised if 5000 turned up even if tickets included in price, a lot of people won't be staying in Cardiff and many who do stay will want to get home for work on Monday especially if you have a fair distance to travel. I'm staying over then flying back north on Monday, flights half the price of petrol to travel down, and no 6+ hours of driving
-
Not a bad guess at the size by me
-
Looking good and proper red shale, good luck to all involved, up the comets
-
Some information a few pages back but thought to be about redcar size about 280-300 meters look from page 33 on
