When the kings Lynn v Leicester matches were getting postponed earlier in the season most people would be thinking that the teams would be in a fight to finish 4th. The SCB (or who made the decision) wouldn't have been thinking the top 3 would drop that many points that Leicester would have a possibility of finishing top.

Probably because the team is losing, people are looking at scores closer? Looking on the speedway updates site (thanks again) Danny's form does seem to have slipped (still getting 7's and 8's but having 6 rides to get the points). His average for the 4 losses at home is about 6 whereas the previous 4 matches at home it's just over 7.5

Laguta and Tarasenko are racing in Sweden? Sure I seen artem's team getting hammered couple of weeks ago (he did ok).

Just looking on updates and he must have been excluded for the 2 minutes and delaying the start as it says Milford warned for moving in heat 8 after the race. He would have had to be excluded and went of 15 metres if the original offence was for the tapes.

I agree entirely with your post. Problem being other teams won't rearrange meetings if riders are injured or racing elsewhere which is probably the reason the league fixtures aren't completed yet (despite only having 8 league fixtures to fit in).

Take it Birmingham meeting is off on Monday?

Justin started off well then had his unfortunate fall. Hopefully not out for any time. And to think that people want a second round of league fixtures added. Only 8 league matches to fit in and they aren't completed by the end of August. Will be racing in November with another set of fixtures added.

Thought Danyon was racing also (at Redcar with Drew). Might now just watch the stream if nothing else on.

Hopefully means he is racing. Sure Torun can use r/r for him if they have to as he is in the top 2 of the Torun averages. Said earlier that teams couldn't use r/r for Jason, Tai and Dan as they weren't in the top 2 of their respective teams averages.

Didn't think anyone complained about Sheffield using guests last season. I thought it was with Lambert having an adjusted average (not an actual average) and the fact that Harris had guested for Ipswich in the playoffs that the talk was about. Shame the convenient guest could only muster a couple of paid double figure scores for Berwick this year.

Just watched a few heats today as missed last night. Janowski and Lambert should have went through on the head to head results as they won 2 of the 3 head to heads. By the way Martin was, I think it looks like he knew the FIM rules and that he was through. That says to me that it was down to ranking between Martin and Dan with Dan being eliminated. Was speaking to a mate who agreed with me that no way should Janowski have been eliminated as they qualified through option 5 (head to head results).

They are clear with Magic and Robert winning 2 of the 3 head to heads so why weren't they both in the semi finals? Martin and Dan only won 1 head to head so one of that 2 should have been eliminated.

Didn't Adam and Rory (two riders) imply that Charles run into Scott's back wheel so he is the cause of the stoppage? The previous night Adam Ellis took evasive action to not hit Max Fricke and Adam was excluded.

Would possibly keep Drew, Bastian and Danyon from this year. If you need a 2 point rider then possibly give Freddie another try.

Berwick had to run with 1 rider (possibly against Plymouth) when committing 2 offences. Also at Glasgow when committing 2 offences so possibly the same.

Cannot remember if the referee warned Luke before (should have been) but he moved in that heat also so maybe a combination of the two things got him excluded?

That doesn't matter to me. It looks like he was signed only for the play offs with him missing the league match, hence me changing my opinion on the signing.

I had no problem with Belle Vue signing Lambert. I did have a problem when Belle Vue said Lambert was injured so he didn't race in a league meeting after the play offs (making it look dodgy).
