  1. We'll chat via PM as I'm not clogging up this thread with you. But it's not my fault that Google Translate is a rubbish app that doesn't produce an accurate Polish to English translation.
  2. I've now edited the article, Let me know if you want me to adjust anymore of it as I'm more than happy to do so. Also I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Google Translate when keeping an eye on Tai's recovery as it's clearly not a good app and it could leave fans fearing the worst.
  3. Correct foreverblue, I used Google Translate to post the Polish article on here for those that don't follow news from the Polish Speedway sites.
  4. As in me or the person that's written the Polish article?
  5. There will be no official announcement on the health of the world champion. Here's the reason On Monday, official information was to appear on the health of Tai Woffinden, who had a serious accident on the track in Krosno. However, it turns out that the fans will have to be patient. Let us remind you that the three-time individual world champion had a serious accident during Sunday's sparring, which was held on the track in Krosno. At the entrance to the first corner of the seventh race it was very tight. Tai Woffinden, Bartosz Banbor and Franciszek Majewski got stuck with their motorcycles and fell on the track. The juniors eventually returned to the car park on their own, but the Briton suffered a lot. He fell under an inflatable berm and was hit hard by one of the motorcycles. Initially, the medical services had a big problem to get him out from under the gang. Then he was treated on the track for a very long time. The player was initially transferred on a stretcher to an ambulance, and then he was taken to a helicopter of the Air Rescue Service from Sanok, which landed on the pitch of the stadium and transported him to a hospital in Rzeszów. Woffinden is currently undergoing detailed examinations there. The first unofficial information from people present in the machine park said that the rider of the Rzeszów team suffered many fractures. Injuries to both arms, both legs and broken ribs were suspected. As we have established, some of them have already been confirmed. After the fall, Woffinden was in great pain and was therefore given strong anesthetics. So far, the club from Rzeszów has not provided official information about the health of the former world champion. He limited himself to a short statement, confirming that initial diagnoses speak of numerous fractures. The residents of Rzeszów also assured that detailed information will appear on Monday after the tests. Now, however, it turns out that the club cannot give them to the fans, which is due to legal reasons. - We ask for your understanding. Due to medical confidentiality, we cannot provide information about Tai's health. As soon as we receive permission to do so, we will provide all the details to the public - one of the Stal activists tells us. Let us add that such permission can only be granted to the club by the player or his immediate family. Unofficially, we know that Stal is already in contact with Faye Woffinden. As we have agreed, the wife of the British speedway rider is to appear in Rzeszów in the near future. Currently, all the details are being determined, and Stal activists are doing everything to provide them with the best possible conditions in this difficult situation. Let's remind you that Tai Woffinden has just returned to speedway after a serious injury from last year, which was a broken elbow. In his history, the 34-year-old has won three individual world championship titles - in 2013, 2015 and 2018. After many years spent at Betard Sparta Wroclaw, where he was an icon of the club and a fan favorite, he decided to move to ZKS Stal Rzeszow, where he wanted to rebuild his form in the 2025 season.
  6. Will have to make a double change imo with Danyon Hume departing the side.
  7. Oxford wouldn't have ended up with the 1-7 that they did if plenty of big hitters were available. Surely the higher ups will give Sheffield a facility in the best interests of the sport.
  8. Makes me feel sick just reading it, My best wishes go out to Tai and everyone associated with him and I pray that we hear some sort of positive news on Monday instead of hearing something that nobody wants to hear. Unofficially, it is known that the speedway rider suffered many fractures. Injuries to both arms, both legs and broken ribs are suspected. After the fall, he was given strong anesthetics. An official announcement on Tai Woffinden's health is expected on Monday.
  9. Terrible news, Best wishes to Tai.
  10. Kurtz and Bewley to keep it somewhat respectable but King's Lynn to win by 10+
  11. Imagine how worse it could have been if Gusts wasn't able to get dialled in to British tracks. Before thinking about changes, The Spires really need to hope that Tungate isn't suffering from second season syndrome.
  12. Ipswich might have an off night on the road and lose by about 4 points but nobody is putting up 91+ points on aggregate over two legs against a fully fit Ipswich side. Excuses imo, BV don't look particularly strong on paper outside of the powerhouse 1 & 5 even though they were outclassed last night. Z. Cook @ No.4 is very questionable considering he's only an engine room rider in the Championship, I'm really surprised that Belle Vue didn't sign Keynan Rew.
  13. Glad Birmingham put up a good show tonight, Management have worked hard over the winter and it wouldn't be nice to see a repeat of 2024 every week.
  14. Best British side we've seen since the Sky Sports Elite League days. Will Ipswich lose a meeting this season?
  15. TOBIASZ MUSIELAK Over 7 @ 10/11 (Backed him on Monday and he was awful but it was the first meeting he's ever done around Birmingham so I'll stick with him again tonight, Birmingham look like they lack Heat 15 options so I think he'll be good for 5 rides) RICHARD LAWSON Over 7 @ 10/11 (Riding @ No.2 tonight, Piled in the points last season when riding @ No.2 for Leicester so I think Over 7 is a good bet) TOBIASZ MUSIELAK +2 v Sam Masters @ 21/20 (No guarantee that Sam goes in Heat 15 tonight considering the tie is already over so the Lions could send out lower end riders whilst Birmingham have to try and restore some pride so you'd think that Musielak would get Ht 15 when looking at the Brummies team on paper)
  16. King's Lynn win again due to the reserves knowing how to get around Oxford. Spires 43 - 47 Stars
  17. Personally I think King's Lynn are dark horses but I need to see how they cope against a side with big hitters @ No.1 & No.5 and then we'll truly find out how good King's Lynn really are and how much of a difference having a strong No.6 is with a couple of 6.5-7 riders @ No.1 & No.5.
  18. Same here but credit where credits due, He was brilliant from start to finish last night. Danny just looked so likely from the get go and he even made Kurtz work for his Heat win. If Danny rides like that all season then on a good night Ipswich are looking at 20 points from the Doyle/King partnership alone.
  19. The time to judge King's Lynn will be against the stronger sides in the league, Almost everyone should be taking Oxford to the cleaners this season.
