  1. I would go along with that but there are signs hes finding his way back.
  2. If that's to be the case I think a change would do him the world of good.
  3. Well done Swindon, the only real positive for us is that Dan appears to be getting back to form, Rossiter must have forgotten to tell him he was injured
  4. He was never going to be the answer a strange signing, a signing for signing sake methinks, meeting going as expected Swindon far too good, we really are shocking away from home and tonight sees the reason I wouldn't have kept Worrall either, gone as far as hes going to.
  5. Ive never been a great fan of Tai and that has nothing to do with his on track performances which you can only admire. The past couple of seasons he does seem to have matured and listening to him over the two days of the SON its hard to disagree with his viewpoints. He was also correct when he stated that the British league was sub standard which it is with the top riders giving it a miss. What disappointed me with Tai is as a current world champion he didn't ride over here in order for the sport to be able to market itself as having the current world champion, Tai no doubt is someone the kids could identify with which is something British speedway desperately needs. Compare that to Jason Doyle who as world champion was eager to ride in the British league when he could so easily have given it a miss, so credit to Doyley for his commitment to UK speedway, I just wish Tai would have shown that same commitment to riding here and promoting the sport as world champion. Be interesting to hear Roscoes reaction to Tai,s comments after his poor interview.
  6. Its Monty Rossiters flying circus. What a garbage two days of so called racing that was, Anymore TV meetings from this dump and I for one certainly wont be tuning in, what a shocking advert for the sport.
  7. Bit of a shambolic start, let's hope it settles down and we get some good racing, something Im not confident of on this track
  8. I think Sedgeman must have been the exception to this rule when he was sacked prior to the KL meeting. It would be hard to fathom if some of this lot were trying or not given the dire away performances. The other scenario a big improvement for one meeting meaning we keep the side together for the rest of the season.
  9. Superb meeting two excellent sides going for it hammer and tongs, great debut by Bailey, impressed with Rowe, Flint and Ledwith rode superbly, Kent unlucky as Kemp appeared to have bike problems, tie hanging in the balance as Kings more than capable of turning this around at Sittingbourne. I took a mate who had never been to the Colts before, he loved it said what great value for £10, great advert for NL speedway.
  10. We had sh1te for years at the dog track mate, it served its purpose and now we have a great track, Swindon have a new track that just needs to settle as does any new track, when it does you to will have a good track that allows for proper racing.
  11. No surprise really Wolves away was a one off freak result, normal service resumed tonight, with Wells and Berge we will continue to put in poor performances away from the NSS, Steve is inconsistent and Dan is still struggling, Robins were vulnerable with no Musielak and that should have given us the opportunity to at least take a point, so well done to Swindon who took us to the cleaners whilst under strength, get Tobi back fit and the Robins look a good strong outfit.
  12. And we have more of this to look forward to going off bt, s schedule one question Why?
  13. Good meeting and a great effort from the Witches well worth their point.
  14. Missed a trick now his average has dropped methinks
  15. Agree mate if this place can't get the support it's a great worry for the sport other more expensive sports don't suffer at the gate when live on TV like speedway does, the next televised meeting will be the same sadly
  16. Understand what you are saying and agree but the sad fact is the sport does not peak the interest of the public nowadays, every meeting we talk about crowd levels as much as the racing, but we are all aware of that, only the powers that be can have an impact on that, until they get their heads out of the sand the problem will remain
