Where did you see that mate ? Edit, he said he would CONSIDER a longer spell with poole, nothing about 4-6 meetings..
-
Great posts you two, Steve and Hammer 1969 superb. Nuff said.
-
Ok thanks Matt, just curious.
-
So, having been out for the last 2 hrs, can anybody tell me if Chris rode in the pairs at Torun ?
-
Blimey, theres a blast from the past, where you been? Hope you've been ok ?
-
Yeh he's had his moments mate, but Chris has tried to get back on track, and he will. distractions are not good on the mind, thats why he's better off having this short break to sort things out, there is no point in riding a speedway bike half cock, the sport is dangerous enough as it is. When he's sorted he can crack on for Poole. He still has a lot to offer Poole speedway speedway in general, and helping jack. Lets face it appart from his personal problems, the Coventry crash could have easily finished his career, no question, and with poor Darcys accident i would not have been suprised had he not retired on the spot. Those two alone would have been enough to send a sane man over the top.

Mate, i wouldnt get involved. If you say its black the Poole bashers will say its white. You are right, a hell of a lot has happened sinse he's been world champ. yes of course the blokes entitled to a social life Unfortunately there are some that just want to pull him to pieces. I for one sympathies with him for what he's been through. Problem is success and talent in any sport can bred jealousy, some just dont like it.

Stop picking holes. You know what i said. no bigger fool that you. Havnt you got yor own team to follow ?
-
I said it was RACEABLE not just rideable, please read the post.
-
Er excuse me. is that right im a total embariment yeh ? 'i'l tell you something. IF a track is RACEABLE it means you can go flat out, if a track is RIDEABLE in the instance of rain it means you can just ride it, causiously. And that is not good for riders nor fans. now if you want to argue that ask Neil. at 30.30 4pm that track was RACEABLE. And yes i have more idea about track prep that you. Now you know who i am come and speak to me next friday.

I havnt seen the instagram photo, but if he's done that then fair enough thats up to Chris. But had you said that in the first instance it wouldnt have been a problem. But as you are only repeating what you have seen then thats ok. Im just looking out for you.
-
Thank you Ray.
-
Yes i do, thats up to him, but what you fail to grasp is that poolebolton is making sweeping accusations about what he's drinking on a public forum. He has no proof of that unless Chris is holding up said bottle. Otherwise you are making false aligations, and it could have repercusions. You have to be very vareful what you state on a public forum. Just like Piinnys comment earlier..But i have broad shoulders, and have had to have in the last 4 months.
-
But not really that sort of stuff, especially when riders are concerned. Now for example, IF, Chris is riding in Torun tonight and "somebody" of officialidum is reading this forum the likelyhood being they will jump all over him from a great height. If Chris is not riding tonight then its a different matter. But on the same token, you make sweeping statements that are not true, you could also be in the cart. All im saying is just be careful what you put into print.
-
Quite posibly mate, but hopefully Chris will be back sooner rather than later..
-
Granted mate, and i know all about instagram, but you really shouldnt be making accusations like in your post without catagoric proof, even then, you shouldnt really put it on here mate..
-
A very good post Gordon.
-
Granted, but Poolebolton shouldnt say what he said without catorgoric proof. As i said, this is an open forum, and you just dont know who's looking in.
-
Thanks Ray, dont worry about it, i have broad shoulders, i have had to have, and still do.
-
Yeh they maybe having a good time, if that was the case, but you really shouldnt be putting that on here if you have no proof of what you said, just be a bit careful, remember, this is an open forum. Some things are best left behind closed doors mate.

No mate, about 3.30 it was raceable, The track was very good seeing all the rain we had, Glyn went in in the morning and it was a bog, but with a drying wind and a lot of grading and the mesh eventually it dried out really well, at that point it was raceable, they could have gone flat out on that, but in other instances wheres you've had rain and the track is still pretty wet its rideable, and that situation is no good to riders nor the fans. I hope that makes sense. It was the right decision to call it off, as it rained all night.

Its as it should be in this last post, Sadly poor Najjer doesnt understand the difference mate, because there is one. If the track is just rideable they just ride it, causiously, if you can race on it, then they can go flat out. Problem is mate, there are quite a few who get themselves tied up with Pooles affairs when they should be consentrating on there own clubs. Its perfectly understandable we are the talk of the town, as we are the biggest and most sucessful club in modern British speedway .
