Clearly your confusing your self. If its RIDABLE then you just ride the track, if its RACEABLE that means you can race on it. Theres a difference ask Garry may. He'l put you straight.. But make sure you write this down as ive written it, otherwise he might not understand you.

First of, the bibs are a throw back with an updated twist, nothing wrong with that, most of the purists who have been going since the 60's and 70's like them. The reason the meeting was hosted now is due to rider avaliabillity, you would have no chance of getting that field together in mid summer due to riding comitments. So now is the best time, but you take your chance with the weather, its worked in the past but sadly not this time. The fans miss out on seeing a good field but Matt stood to lose a lot more if he had to cancel and we are not talking any profit. Tell me whats your beef with Matt, you must have a reason for not liking him ? tell all, im all ears he is a decent bloke, admittedly calls a spade a spade and id have it no other way, but he is a very good promoter and person.

Why mate ?. Matt tries his heart out for the club, eh the race suits/ Bibs is a cost cutting measure that all clubs will have to make, except matt has been upfront and acknowledged the fact.. As for the 10k, Matt would never had stumped it up could he not afford to pay it, As for the meeting, the track was very RACEABLE, not rideable, untill late after noon when steady rain that was expected materialised, Up to that point, Glyn had put NO water on the track, it didnt need it, and would have rode very well and the rain that was expected turned up. Matt predictably was not to pleased, its not his fault, the forcast was for light rain and the meeting could have gone ahead, but the forcast was dire and the rain contary to the forcast got heavier, and the right decision was made so people didnt come in and pay then all concerned had the hassle of refunds.

Your just going round and round in circles old son. I would suggest you leave the poole section and return to the Somerset section. Clearly you only think and read what you want to.. Oh and by the way, Chris HAS officially signed a contract to ride for us..

No because we dont have a league match for nearly 2 weeks, next weds we have no meeting, tomorrow is an open meeting next friday is the K O Cup double header with Somerset. Then, the following week we start the league campaign. on the 4/4 v Wolverhampton so it might not even be two weeks before Chris returns. Hopefully.

Mate Chris was never married nor engaged as far as i understand. Chris has personal issues , he needs to resolve. Now, clearly, he thinks the time off would be of more benifit to him than riding a bike half cock, which is perfectly understandable, its a dangerous enough sport as it is. Chris we all know wanted to link up with Brov, that is fully understandable, and guide him throught his career, but he seems perfectly happy to be at Poole, he is happy with the track as all the riders are, Glyn has done a great job, and it will be even better when we get a dry spell and he's done the finishing touches Glyn is at the trrack today. Chris was first out last week, he had a spring in his step, he had a dam good practice yesterday, but end of the day he is human.and he's feels he needs to give theses issues his full attention, and providing theres nothing lurking in the background, and as a fan of his i fully agree with it. Kildermand does not weaken us, and end of the day, unless there is something we are not being told,then Kildermand will step aside in two weeks time. not 4 5 6 weeks time....In the meantime, Kildermand will not ride a league meeting.
