UK speedway slowly dying

But they do serve scrag end with healthy portions of guests and rider replacements. -
It was watchable only because it was close throughout, the racing was pretty much gate and go which is consistent for Vojens because it’s a shyte track for proper racing, clearly the rain didn’t help but it did improve later on. I thought Lambert and Bewley did very well all things considered especially after losing Woffinden but like others I seriously question why we went into a final with just two riders, that’s down to the management. I suppose cost comes into it but why did we fly Vatcher in for the SON 2 when we had 2 managers already there. If their were doubts about Woffy then surely Brennan should have stayed or Ellis should have flown in. Interesting that Tatum mentioned it was a good crowd, let’s be honest it was bloody woeful.

I think Ermolenko has a degree in talking complete bollox -
According to the rules yes, unless they have issued a supplementary which I haven’t seen.

Let’s be honest I can of a few riders who play that game
-
Let’s be fair the rules are just a rough guide and always have been. With MPT and Hans out, Scotty is currently number 3

Sheffield vs Peterborough 14/7

Nothing new though is it, the BSPL are completely not interested in generally what their fans have to say, if they did they would ask instead of completely ignoring the paying public. Most of them (not all) work on the assumption they do a wonderful job in providing the fan base with something to watch thinking it’s mostly wonderful and exciting racing when in reality 90% of the time it’s boring gate and go utter shyte. -

Early doors the track was wet and grippy, when it went slick we couldn’t live with them from the gate, bottom line is two riders got 32 between them and the other 4 got 10, RR got us 8 which is fairly reasonable to be honest. But you cannot generally carry 4 riders and that’s the bottom line. What can you say about Bomber, the blokes been absolutely on fire this year and Basso has been the newcomer of the season for me. -

It’s not yet decided but we should know something fairly soon. As for Panthers using the AFA, that’s a complete non starter in my opinion, something I think the management are fully aware of. -

If it’s any consolation I have heard they are dropping the RS slot next year -
Panthers with it all to do again Monday and with RR for Palm Toft. Wolves have slipped a bit lately but it still looks a tight match as they have several riders that like the Showground track. Teams PETERBOROUGH: Chris Harris. Ulrich Ostergaard, Michael Palm Toft r/r, Scott Nicholls, Hans Andersen, Benjamin Basso, Jordan Jenkins.WOLVERHAMPTON: Sam Masters, Steve Worrall, Luke Becker, Ryan Douglas, Nick Morris, Drew Kemp, Leon Flint.

I can assure you it hasn’t. He definitely isn’t happy with his form this year.

Lyon makes the right decisions at the right time, tactically he is spot on. -
And yet both Kelvin and Scott thought Sedgmen would be brought into heat 8 for Mountain.

Some of his engines were rumoured to be iffy as well

Seconded, please please get that Plonker off the commentary, he does my head in, he talks absolute bollox

I Used to buy one religiously at every match I went too but these days I use my iPad for matches and but for the fact I get a programme with my ST I wouldn’t bother, the reading material is awful and it’s the same old crap every week, some of that is down to the bspl fining anyone for content that’s controversial but it’s made programmes very bland and they are not sought after by collectors as much these days. I have dropped out of buying GP programmes as well, it’s pretty much the same content and front cover every round and the price is utterly ridiculous with some regular sellers on eBay charging as much for postage as for the programme. GB programmes have been £10 for years, yet the same programme a few weeks later on eBay are a third the price.

Undoubtedly, a natural at taking corners.
