Panthers v Tigers 13/06/22
bigcatdiary replied to scoobydoo's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
An absolute cracking meeting but not at all convinced the superheat added anything, 45 all would have still been a great result and everyone would have gone home happy. The racing was very good especially the last 5 heats, it would have made Eurosport’s night to have had that on tv. -

Lynn, Wisbech at Guyhirn don’t cross the river but go left towards March, then left through Coates Eastrea and Whittlesey to Peterborough. -

Why does everybody hate Poole?

Yeah right, any chance the Poole 2022 in the Premiership can get corrupted in the same way. -
That’s assuming he can remember to pack his passport for the flight

It never ceases to amaze me that people still respond to the idiot, but as you say he baited his hook and got a few bites, interestingly not from regular Panther fans, who rightly just ignore the idiot.

KOC Sat 4 June - Glasgow v Edinburgh
bigcatdiary replied to Endeavour's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I thought the same when Glasgow let Dickson walk away, not exactly their best ever move was it. The current TM seems to want to be more fair to the riders rather than putting the team cause and supporters first. Its fair to say their is a vast difference between managers in both divisions. -
Haven’t read that piece.

I think that’s a great idea but it’s not likely to happen whilst Eurosport have the tv rights

Many times, but your quote earlier referred to this season and I haven’t seen or read any moan about crowds this year.

A long way to go yet and lots can happen. -
I haven’t seen anything from the club moaning about fans not turning up, the crowd for the last match against Wolves was excellent.

Good summary and I agree with most of it, the track was better but it’s still a white line drag race early doors. Panthers had 6 issues with tyres last night including two for Basso whilst Wolves didn’t have any, very strange. Harris new engine and looked quick, Andersen, Ostergaard and Nicholls didn’t and Jenkins was just making up the numbers. Crowd was very good last night but it won’t stay that way if we keep losing and the club do nothing to try and change things.
