Birmingham Brummies 2019
bigcatdiary replied to Brummies_Ste's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Barker could fall out with himself -
Kennett generally is pants anywhere other than Eastbourne Rye House and Lakeside, unfortunately none of which are in the Premiership. Not convinced this change helps Ipswich.

A plan currently exists by the management to get Peterborough back as an FIM track

A few good races but on the whole it was fairly processional, the fact that it was close helped especially towards the end but riveting entertainment all night it wasn’t. The referees need to get a grip on rolling starts because one or two got away with it tonight and it isn’t fair on the others. We watched the practice on Friday , well for a few minutes anyway because it was dire and we switched over. My view on practice is it’s either compulsory for everyone or get rid of it altogether.

Bradley is a lovely lad, very genuine.

Both teams are now going to tomorrow’s meeting with injury concerns after both Lewis Kerr and Josh Bates were withdrawn from Saturday matches following spills. Lynn already missing Erik Riss seem most affected with team news and an update expected later today. Weather reports for Monday are very good.

He was attempting to go around Andersen but just ran out of room. -

The crowd wasn’t too bad it appears although it’s been better this year. Another quick meeting though with a slight delay whilst Brady was checked over in the pits. -

Cracking meeting, easily the best of the season so far, felt for Nicholls who did at least one engine and dropped a chain in another. Kurtz ran out of room in 13 but he was going very wide. Andersen was very good and Wilson Dean was back to his best as well. -

Plenty of spare places in the Grandstand, along with all the other stalwarts that support the Panthers through thick and thin and have done for decades, irrespective of who owns the club.

Now part of the back up team for Ulrich Ostergaard at Birmingham.
