It was certainly as good if not better than anything we had last year. Their was a good contingent from Belle Vue and I would say we had a few from other tracks as well plus a few I hadn’t seen for a few years. For a weekday night it was excellent, whether it remains as good remains to be seen. -

I dare say their are some fitness concerns over both Bewley & Lidsey but these openers are just good practice for the real event in a few weeks time -
First senior match of the season and one I should think is eagerly awaited. After the past few weeks of changes it will be nice to see some action on a rejuvenated track that looks the part following press and practice. PETERBOROUGH: Rohan Tungate, Lasse Bjerre, Bradley Wilson-Dean, Charles Wright, Hans Andersen, Aaron Summers, Ben Barker.BELLE VUE: Max Fricke, Steve Worrall, Dan Bewley, Ricky Wells, Kenneth Bjerre, Dimitri Berge, Jaimon Lidsey.

It was his decision to sell the club and his alone, he cited the travelling as his biggest reason. Bearing in mind their recent history It surely came as no surprise to anyone that he and Watson would be leaving once all the loose ends were tied up and the club officially in Keith Chapmans control.

2019 Regulations 16.2.1.2 At the end of each Season the BSPA will produce a Listing of all riders who have competed in British Speedway during that season and following approval and/or amendment at the BSPA AGM’s these MA’s (i.e. excluding Bonus Points but including other allowances) will be the Riders MA for used at the start of the following Season. 16.2.1.3 These MA’s will remain effective for Team Building, Team Positioning, Facilities, rider eligibility for Heat 15 etc. until new MA’s become effective. 16.2.1.4 Updated MA’s will be calculated monthly on a rolling basis on all eligible meetings, up to and including 23rd of the month to become effective from the 1st of the following month.

Strange how after years of doing a good job at Belle Vue this year he was left out. It takes both parties to talk and agree a compromise, it appears Cook wasn’t willing to talk.
-
It’s a Monday so Championship cannot race that day so double uppers doesn’t come into it, I don’t know the story behind the start time only what was said.
-
No someone asked what time it starts and Carl answered him. No doubt it will get raised at P&P tomorrow.
-
Carl confirmed at the forum that the match on the 22nd April v Kings Lynn was a 2pm start

Which bookies ?
-
Makes a lot more sense than to run it the day after the fours
-
I disagree, should be the same for all three
-
Anyone with half a brain knows Ford is behind the Poole success, who do you think was texting Middlo during the matches.
-
That’s sounds like a suggestion from Jim Lawrence, the new SCB Chairman Nice to see some common sense being applied.
-
I think it’s the way the BSPA read it that’s the defining factor
-
Just come along to the fans forum next week Rodders with a list of questions
-
2019 Regulations are now on the SCB website
-
Makes a good argument

I have also been watching the sport for 50 years and I think Woffinden is the best, as others have said it would be interesting to know who you think is better?
-
Correct
-
I don’t dislike or loathe him and clearly years ago he knew what he was doing but his comments was in recent years suggest he is part of the problem rather than the answer. i would add that I think a few others of the BSPA are in that category as well

Doesn’t surprise me in the slightest, this is a bloke who thinks their nothing wrong with the speedway in the U.K.
