Comes under 15.3 as a starting offence.

Matt specialises on signing riders with false starting averages, Vaculik would surely be assessed to high.

BJERRE has lived in the UK for years what’s stopping him taking out a UK licence, NKI is another who lives over here and has for years.

I can only agree, I would like to see regular point of view articles as a lot of this needs to be said. -
Rathbone/godfrey Allegations

Certainly didn’t say anything about it Friday and I spoke to him for about 20 minutes, in fact other than Baldy I haven’t heard anyone mention it (all season) and like I said I think I would have known if their was any substance to it. Brad was talking on the mike for a while and he mentioned a lot of the crap he had read on the forums and it was just that crap. -

One wonders why you raised it then, surely not sour grapes for Thursday. -
Football, it’s full of players that play for the club that owns their contract, then get loaned out to another club for experience. At semi pro level it’s even worse.

To be fair you are right but I do know that this sort of talk is damaging to clubs from previous experience. I am sure if this had any substance I would have heard but I can honestly say it’s generally the opposite, Ged’s got a very good name for paying his riders spot on when it’s due. -

Bradley made it clear on Friday when he spoke on the mike that he has been ill, he mentioned the forums and all the crap about him going back to Australia and holiday in Mexico and it was just that utter crap.He spoke to me afterwards and said he still wasnt 100% when he rode the second leg of the cup final at Ipswich but he wanted to give it a go. -

I spent a fair amount of time talking to BWD on Friday, perfectly happy at Peterborough this year and was helped enormously this year with machinery and engines. You are talking absolute bollox. -

Can you state that any particular rider is owed money, who and what.? -

Crap like this doesn’t help any club let alone one that that’s got an excellent reputation for paying its riders promptly. -
Yeah but nothing any hammers fans want to hear.

Peterborough Panthers Speedway Supporters Club runs social evenings throughout the year including regular Quiz and Darts nights, they are generally well attended and at our end of season party the other night (which was a total sell out) we had most of the team and all the management attend. It can be done and does work at some clubs. -

Ged’s been fined by the SCB not the BSPA. The initial bond although paid by the Peterborough management was mostly raised by Peterborough supporters. -

But thats the point, the rules that apply to this competition are issued as a supplementary supposedly two weeks before the event, its not a lot of point going on rules in the regulations if they then change them in the supplementary. Of course then we go through the 10 teams are in it, then 8 and then back to 10 in the space of a few days which of course consequently costs Berwick their no 1 because he has signed to ride in Poland. Its a complete crock of Shyte and until someone sits down and re rewrites the rule book, someone who isnt a promoter (referee or someone on the SCB/ACU) then this type of crap will happen every year. The sections of the rule book need taking away from the promoters as they are just not up to the job or trustworthy enough to keep politics out of it. -

A good night in front of a packed house, just concentrated on this seasons events with little said about the recent troubles. I think a fans Forum is planned in the not too distant future. -

It is interesting that you say that but the supplementary regulations (that should have come out two weeks before the Fours) actually came out 4 days before them and days AFTER all teams had submitted their line ups. I think you will learn that Rathbone did exactly that from the start and has never changed from that story.
