So as I understand it Redcar’s team includes 6 guests 2 of which are NL riders and RR for Charles Wright. Perks has returned to Australia and Andersen to Sweden and both are missing with the full permission of the Redcar management. It will be interesting to see what the BSPA/SCB make of this bearing in mind of the fuss they made of just one rider missing from the Peterborough team recently.

Have you tried emailing the club, or the Barbers who run our trackshop. -

Well clearly at some point it was sanctioned, otherwise we wouldn’t have been allowed to use him, it’s the constant jumping through hoops that’s starting to grate, same with Harris this year but of course everyone then had no problem using him as a guest. You don’t know the half of it. -

Interesting that you say that because it looked an awful crowd on BT, I suppose we will soon know because if they lost money on it no doubt it will be binned for next year. -

The problem is the first meeting can set you up for months bearing in mind the opening crowd for our match against Coventry this year, putting clubs in serious financial differculties at the start benefits no one especially if the club then subsequently goes under. -

No it was Colin Horton that bounced Andersen’s cheques, Rick Frost sorted it when he took over. -

And that’s exactly were this venom comes from doesn’t it, you blame anything and everything Peterborough for the loss of the Cheetahs I don’t recall sticking up for Horton, Peterborough yes but I am no Horton fan, either of them. -
Oxford did and looked what happened to them.

He isn’t gullible he is just vindictive like his boss Godfrey. Waste of space the pair of them. -

Inclined to agree, he looked very good until his bike went bang, poor night by his standards but it’s rare for him. -

Think it’s more to do with an another event finishing around 5pm. Genuine question, did Glasgow ever say or did we get an official reason to why Bewley & Smith rode for Belle Vue Colts the other week instead of Glasgow. Was wondering why they are not riding for Belle Vue today. -

I understand Guests have been a problem this year with some of the demands being bloody ridiculous. A lot want a fixed amount rather than points money, whilst I can understand reserves wanting a minimum paid 3 irrespective of what they score, some of the demands from heat leaders has been scandalous, what’s worse is it’s clear from some of the matches I have watched some of these superstars have then turned in a half hearted or poor performance.
