Three fruitless visits to see the Rockets there, three pathetic performances. Cutting down on away meetings with the arrival of the baby. Only doing the PL there this year.
Best of luck if you go. You never know.....
Vissing is pretty handy round there and I reckon Nikolaj will enjoy it. The rest will struggle. Reckon we're looking at around 32 points. Write this one off and try and take something away from Ipswich & Plymouth
Such a lame argument..... I've never had a woodwork lesson in my life, but I know a nice bit of furniture when I see it.
We won the league in 2005, hammering 50+ points past most teams week on week. Crowds at Rye House were more than double what they are now..... Berwick fans are weird
I heard of an EL rider who was on £375 a point last year. It's a dangerous sport and they are brave men, but that's just plain ridiculous and surely can't be sustainable in the current climate of falling attendances in the UK.
And yet most clubs are still losing money, so who's to blame? Greedy riders, over priced equipment, expensive engine tuning?I genuinely don't know the answer
Speaking to Nikolaj in the bar after the meeting, he told me that he'd be missing Plymouth away (17th) & Sheffield at home (18th) due to an U21 meeting. We'll also be without Edward for Somerset next Friday due to his Lakeside commitments. Whisper is Claus Vissing is our guest at Somerset
I can't give you an accurate figure, but someone counted 5 when they left Berwick. I'm sure there will be a more accurate figure in the next newsletter
I'm not an expert, but everyone around me was saying to drag the dirt in and water it. No use watering concrete, that would be dangerous. I'm not saying it would've had an impact on the result, but it may have helped. Rockets looked comfortable up until half way through the match. Opportunity lost
